 She's the slender blonde beauty who is fast becoming a rising star in the world of international modelling.

And Bridget Malcolm appears to have taken her exercise regime up a notch as she prepares to walk in the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show for the second year running.

The 25-year-old showed off her very slender frame and extreme stomach muscles as she posed in lingerie in an Instagram video on Thursday.

In the revealing short video, the grinning blonde holds up a book dedicated to iconic French designer Coco Chanel.

Her long blonde locks slicked back into a ponytail, Bridget goes fresh faced with no make up.

Perhaps in a dress rehearsal for Victoria's Secret, the Perth-born model was wearing a black bra with matching knickers.

Her porcelain skin contrasts with the lingerie's dark colour and her slender frame is on full display.

With less than a week until she heads to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the petite model hasn't been shy on social media about the work she has put in to become catwalk ready.

The vegan has posted countless selfies and videos of her working out on Instagram.

 But despite the model's commitment to exercise, Bridget has faced a fair share of backlash for her frame.

Earlier this month, the blonde spoke candidly about the experience in an interview with Stellar.

'Whether it’s fat or skinny-shaming, it’s such a superfluous thing to do to someone,' said the Seafolly model. 

When it comes to people's size and weight, Bridget added: 'It’s so irrelevant to who they are as a person.'

She made headlines last year after responding to social media trolls who claimed she had an eating disorder.

'I am extremely fit and healthy and am not in the slightest way anorexic.'
