Personal & Professional Training Courses with Genesis Training

Continual staff training is important to all companies, so we have been working with Genesis Training for the last few years to offer relevant and affordable training courses. These courses are open to all companies and organisations and will be taking place again in 2016/2017.

The courses we offer have been selected to meet the needs of staff at all levels. The workshops have also been split into two areas;

1. Personal Development; this is open to employees at any level who wish to develop and learn key skills which they can apply directly to their role.

2. Professional Development; this is aimed at line managers or newly appointed managers wishing to have more training and support.  We had a huge response to our  workshops which are run by Gabriella, ‘Introduction to Management’ and ‘Essential Management (level 2). The Essential Management Course (level 2) is relatively new to the programme, we noticed a demand for a higher level of training for those employees who have benefited from the Introduction to Management course, and who would like to develop their management skills further.

Essential Management Skills – full day – Thursday 16^th February 2017

Effective Time Management – half day –  Thursday 10^th November 2016 & Wednesday 8^th March 2017

Assertiveness and Interpersonal Skills – full day – Wednesday 23rd November 2016 FULL, Tuesday 21st April & Thursday 27^th April 2017 FULL

Motivating and Managing your Team – full day – Wednesday 1st February 2017 & Thursday 11^th May 2017

Giving and Receiving Feedback – half day – Thursday 16^th March 2017

Managing the Pressures (Stress Management for self and others) – full day – Wednesday 19^th April 2017

Presentation skills (maximum 6 people) full day – Thursday 4^th May 2017
