She's pumped! Bryce Dallas Howard giggles while lifting weights during gruelling workout

Many people dread going to the gym, but Bryce Dallas Howard maintained her ever cheerful demeanour while working up a sweat on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old was spotted giggling while lifting weights during an intense outdoor workout in Los Angeles.

Bryce - who recently revealed she has been losing weight after gaining 30lbs for a TV role - looked in fine form as she pumped iron ahead of Thanksgiving.

The actress was clad in black leggings, a long-sleeved grey top and matching trainers with peach laces.

Bryce was make-up free and protected her porcelain skin from the sun with a large hat and shades.

While the down-to-earth daughter of filmmaker Ron Howard looks fantastic, she has previously admitted that designers often don't want to dress her US size 6 frame.

Last month, the redhead told Marie Claire that she gained 30lbs to play a woman obsessed with body image and social media in an episode of Netflix sci-fi drama Black Mirror.

'I actually gained 30 pounds and I haven't lost all of it yet,' the actress said, adding that she wasn't sure how obvious her weight gain had been.'

'I haven't been like, "I gained 30 pounds!"' she added. 'Because I don't know if people can tell the difference.'

Bryce is currently promoting her film Gold, a drama about an unlikely pair who go searching for gold in the Indonesian jungle, and is due for release on December 25. 

As well as her roles in Gold and Black Mirror, Bryce recently appeared in Pete's Dragon and will soon start work on a sequel to 2015's Jurassic World.

The first film, which also starred Chris Pratt, was a huge success and grossed a worldwide total of $1.67billion at the box office.
