'I only wear heels': Chrissy Teigen says she's 'uncomfortable' in flat shoes and sees a chiropractor twice a week

High heels and daring dresses: Chrissy Teigen, pictured here at the AMAs on Sunday, says she's 'uncomfortable' in flats

Chrissy Teigen finds flat shoes too 'uncomfortable' to wear.

The 'Lip Sync Battle' star - who has seven-month-old daughter Luna with husband John Legend - admits she only ever wears towering heels, but insists that's because they feel better, rather than purely because they look good.

She told Pop Sugar: 'I only wear heels.

'I'm very uncomfortable in flats. My calves are actually abnormally tight, [and I'm] flat footed and very relaxed in a six-inch heel.'

But Chrissy admitted her favoured footwear still causes her problems so she has regular appointments with a chiropractor.

She said: 'It's very bad for your lower back, and I have to see a chiropractor twice a week because of it, but, yeah.

'I can't even wear Havaianas flip-flops because I don't like things in between my toes. Ballet flats look goofy on me because you can see the shape of my foot through them.'

However, there are some exceptions to her no-flats rule that the 30-year-old beauty will make - but only if she looks 'cool'.

She said: 'I'd say unless it's a Yeezy or something that just makes me feel cool, that's pretty much the only thing that's going to happen. Those or Common Projects.

Go full metal like Chrissy in DSquared2

Chrissy Teigen strutted a scandalous ensemble at the AMA's, but what's the red carpet without a little drama? Though we love looking at daring outfits, we aren't quick to rock them ourselves. In times like these, we look towards shoes.

Chrissy wore a high slit black dress with minimal fixtures, but played up the number with metal heavy accessories. We are especially drawn to her DSQUARED2 sandals.

These gorgeous heels have a sexy lace up stiletto silhouette and barbed wire metal details. They're dangerously stylish and we can't wait to add them to our closets. You can too by clicking right, or look below to find similar options!

'You know how some people get away with those cute white [sneakers] with their little shorts? I look so silly. I look like I'm playing dress up as Skipper or something.'

Chrissy recently admitted she hates putting on fake lashes and has even been reduced to tears by the process in the past.

Ouch: The model, pictured at JFK earlier this month with husband John Legend, sees a chiropractor twice a week because she's always in heels

She said: 'I am very good at strip lashes but I have sobbed trying to put on individuals before.

'I just get so frustrated. You're like, 'Oh, I got it!' And then it just turns. You're like, 'Gahh! I have like ten more clusters to go!' What am I good at? I don't know. I feel like I just don't take the time to, I don't know. Like what am I good at? Nothing.'

And Chrissy confessed to a 'sad' obsession with removing her body hair.

She said: 'I definitely must wash my hair every single day.

'Like, that's mandatory. And I am a twice-a-day shaver. It's crazy. Like, I'm very neurotic about it. I don't know why. Yeah, shaving in the bath, or just honestly not two showers. I'll do one shower and then I'll just sit on the edge of the bathtub and shave. Yeah, it's so sad.'
