'How can I trust you?' Shereé Whitfield goes on 'first date' with ex-husband Bob on Real Housewives of Atlanta

Shereé Whitfield went on a nervous 'first date' with the ex-husband she divorced almost 10 years ago on Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

The latest episode of the Bravo reality programme showed heartache for many of the women, with Cynthia Bailey breaking down in tears over estranged husband Peter and Kandi Burruss having a tearful screaming match with the father of her teenage daughter Riley.

But Shereé was shown having a bizarre date with ex-husband Bob Whitfield, the 44-year-old former NFL player she divorced in 2007 after he had a string of affairs.

First date: Shereé Whitfield went on a date on Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta with her ex-husband Bob

The former couple - who first met in 1993 - were clearly getting closer gradually, with their children Kairo, 19, and Kaleigh, 16, even teasing their mom about their dad moving in with them when her long-awaited new home was finally ready.

She reminded her kids that he put her through 'some negative stuff, some bad stuff - took me to a dark place' during the marriage, but admitted: 'We're in a good place now - I like how we're able to get along, have fun.'

She then nervously headed for dinner with Bob, insisting he had been 'begging and pleading for years' for the date.

Shereé, 46, went all-out, wearing a sexy figure-hugging dress and high heels, while Bob merely wore a plain grey t-shirt, later calling it 'some old Bob s***' and adding: 'I'm giving Bob all of this - and this fool got on a T-shirt. Step to me when you're ready - not half-assed, but when you're ready.'

Ex husband: Bob and Shereé divorced about a decade ago

She seemed equally depressed that they were in a low-key vegan restaurant - with Bob bizarrely asking for 'the burger' and extra bacon - rather than the fancy restaurant she clearly expected.

Shereé teased him by saying: 'You have to tell me when we're going to the cafeteria.'

Bob quickly made his intentions clear, with the camera zooming in on his ex-wife's cleavage as he flirtily told her: 'Man, I love that glitter on your chest right now.'

Differing styles: Shereé wore a figure-hugging dress while Bob kept it casual in a T-shirt

But Shereé warned him it would not be that easy, stressing: 'How can we move forward when you haven't even apologized or owned up to the stuff you did before? How can I trust you?'

When he apologized for maybe making her 'feel like I put someone else ahead of you,' she shot back: 'You gotta put them ahead of me to sleep with 'em.'

'It was just disrespectful, bringing them into the house and …. and doing what you did,' she told him sternly.

Apology offered: Shereé listened as Bob apologized for infidelities during their marriage

Clearly eager to move forward, Bob told her: 'Alright, so here it is. I'm owning up to it.

'I'm sorry for the extramarital affairs - I did do some mean stuff. Sorry for subjecting you to an immature man, not ready to be father for the children.'

Shereé admitted later: 'I thank him for acknowledging the hurt that he's caused. It's been long overdue.'

Long overdue: The reality star thanked Bob for the long overdue apology

After both admitted they would prefer fried chicken rather than their vegan food, Bob quickly smiled: 'I got some fried chicken at the house.'

When she teased him for 'always trying to get somebody at your damn house!' he replied witha smile: 'I can go to your house with chicken…'

As they left, Shereé teased her ex for knowing he would try hitting on her, with him admitting: 'I'm gonna try and get on that glitter.'

All that glitters: Bob was enchanted by Shereé's glitter

Kandi, however, had a far different response when her ex, Russell 'Block' Spencer, phoned her and said he wanted to meet to end any 'bad blood so we can co-parent in the right way.'

She flipped at him for never having been there for their 14-year-old daughter Riley - calling it 'just some bulls***' - and got emotional after he complained about having to chase them to get any responses.

'Every time you do the same s***! I'm tired of it,' she screamed into the phone as she sat in her car with her mother listening in beside her.

Mother and daughter: Mama Joyce was driving along with Kandi when Block called

Strong opinion: Kandi's mom urged her to get back child support from Block

'Don't tell me you ain't gonna chase my child - you should chase her! Stupid a**,' she sobbed to Mama Joyce after the call.

Cynthia had a mixed response to her exes during the episode as she traveled to Los Angeles with daughter Noelle, 16, to launch her modeling career as the face of her line of bags, Cargo by Cynthia Bailey.

Noelle's dad Leon, who lives in LA, was there throughout to support them, and joined them for dinner after the launch event.

He then offered a comforting ear for a heart-to-heart with his ex about her recent marriage break-up from Peter, with Cynthia saying of Leon: 'It's just a great example of how exes can love and support each other.'

Leon admitted that he felt Cynthia had rushed into marriage with Peter.

Cynthia admitted she now felt 'stupid' at how it ended, and complained about how she must look ugly with so many tears.

Getting emotional: Leon later talked to an emotional Cynthia about her pending divorce

'You look beautiful - you know me, I think you look the best with no makeup,' Leon told her, adding after they hugged goodbye: 'You know I love you.'

But Cynthia's tears were largely because she assumes she will not have a similar relationship with Peter.

'I am terrified that after this divorce Peter and I won't ever be friends or see each other again, and I'll never be able to have with him what I have with Leon,' she admitted.

Changing dynamic: Cynthia was worried that she would never talk to Peter again after their divorce becomes finalised

Cynthia was clearly proud to see her daughter model her line, having told her: 'I want to bring you into my empire, into this legacy I'm creating.

'I always usually am the face of my own products, however I feel like you're just a younger and more fabulous extension of me.'

'She's not super tall, but the game has changed and I just think she'd be the perfect person to reach a young audience,' Cynthia added later to camera.

Youth movement: Noelle also was considering moving to Los Angeles for college

At the launch, she then joked to waiting press: 'I look very young. I'm actually not a teenager, and I feel Noelle appeals to that younger demographic.'

The teen also admitted that she is considering relocating to LA for college, with Cynthia insisting she would go too, joking with her daughter: 'Your friends will think I'm cool!'

'I'm at a point in my life where I'm figuring out my next chapter,' she admitted later.

Next chapter: Cynthia admitted that she was trying to figure out the next chapter in her life

'Maybe it'll be Atlanta, maybe it'll be LA. I just hope that I have peace when I get there, wherever it is.'

Shereé and Kenya Moore, meanwhile, continued their war of words after they were all brought together for a friendly game of laser tag, with Shereé joking beforehand: 'I'm ready to bust a few caps in the b****'s a**! I just got one target.'

She was then shown almost comically stalking Kenya during the game, and angrily telling her afterward: 'You called me a hoe when everybody knows you been the biggest hoe in Hollywood …. Boo Boo, everyone knows you f***ed half of Hollywood.'

Laser tag: The ladies played laser tag during a friendly game

'Kenya is a whole new meaning to the dirty south,' she said later to camera.

'If you're going to talk to me, at least take your medication first,' Kenya replied, also angering Kandi when she accused her rival Shereé of having a 'tired Mama Joyce wig.'

Kenya had an entirely different experience with another feuding partner, going for a friendly drink with Phaedra Parks who said later: 'Hell is frosting because Kenya and I are actually in a good place.

Friendly drink: Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore put their differences aside for a drink

'I'm taking baby steps - no need for a friendship contract just yet.'

'We're talking Phaedra Parks,' Kenya smiled of their renewed civil relations.

'All I'm hoping is that that voodoo doll of me she keeps in the back of her drawer, she just takes a few of the pins out,' Kenya added.
