The 68-year-old singer-actress oozed confidence as she revealed a very taut, wrinkle-free complexion while waving to fans.

A chic white coat and scarf covered her petite upper frame, while a thick blanket kept her lower half warm.

Mauve-coloured woollen gloves added a pop of colour to the look and were visible as she greeted onlookers from a luxury vehicle.

Allowing her short blonde locks to fall in soft waves around her face, the Grease star opted for a glamorous makeup palette.

Olivia admitted that she has been tempted in the past and even went to see plastic surgeons for consultations when she was 'down and depressed.'

She said: 'I've had points in my life when I've gone to see plastic surgeons, when I was down and depressed or after a break-up.

'I couldn't go through with it. I thought, 'I don't want to look like those women.' Some of them look great, it doesn't all look bad, but I couldn't do it.'

She told the publication she has always wanted to grow old gracefully rather than take to artificial means.

Olivia, who underwent a partial mastectomy and breast reconstruction after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992, said she did not take surgery 'lightly.'

She sparked rumours that she may have had a little help from Botox in 2012, when she appeared on Loose Women to discuss her cookbook LivWise.

The seasoned beauty first found fame after her role as Sandy Olsson in the popular 1978 film Grease.

She later moved her focus to the music industry, topping charts with songs such as Physical and released a Christmas song with former Grease co-star John Travolta in December, last year.
