Colombia plane crash: Experts suggest plane carrying Chapecoense team 'ran out of fuel'

Investigators say it is 'very suspicious' that the plane did not explode on impact as it smashed into a mountain on its way from Bolivia to the Colombian city of Medellin. A surviving flight attendant is believed to have told authorities that the plane, which was carrying 77 passengers and crew, ran out of fuel minutes before its scheduled landing at Jose Maria Cordova airport. The theory comes after claims that the pilot of the jet Miguel Alejandro Quiroga Murakami (centre and inset with players) had deliberately circled before landing in a bid to burn off or dump fuel and avoid a blast on impact. Six people miraculously survived the crash (left) on Monday night, but the disaster virtually wiped out the up-and-coming Brazilian football team Chapecoense Real whose players were preparing to play in the Copa Sudamerica final.

Revealed: How hundreds of middle class men are being targeted by web 'sextortionists' who make millions from blackmailing victims after enticing them into filming compromising acts

The National Crime Agency says overseas criminals are making millions using 'honey traps' to entice affluent businessmen and promising young male students to commit compromising acts on webcams, which they record and then threaten to release. In a sign of the dreadful toll that the crime can take, four men - all aged between 18 and 24 - are known to have killed themselves as they faced extortion.

Players say they have been sent emails warning them they have been victims of 'suspicious activity' on their online accounts.

Wonder where she learned that, MUM! Baby 'talks' on phone with wild hand gestures and hilarious facial expressions

Babies are sponges that'll pick up just about everything their parents do - even if they don't quite know exactly what it is they're doing. One little girl has clearly witnessed her mom's impassioned cell phone conversations quite a few times in her short life, and they've already had an obvious impact. In a video shared on YouTube, the toddler can be seen holding a phone to her ear and babbling away - and if it weren't for the baby talk, one might assume she was having a very serious conversation given her facial expressions and gesticulating.

Swedish pilot Malin Rydqvist relaxes with yoga and posts the results on Instagram

Between flying around the world in a Boeing 737 and executing flawless headstands, Malin Rydqvist's feet rarely touch the ground. When the yoga-obsessed pilot (left), 29, isn't in the cockpit, she's showcasing her perfect poses against stunning backdrops around the world. The multi-talented Malin, who is Swedish but based in Croatia, swaps her hat and epaulettes for crop tops and leggings as soon as she touches down - and the snaps she posts on Instagram (Malin is seen clockwise from top centre posing on a beach, a rocky outcrop, a wall and between two rocks) have won her more than 45,000 fans.

Boss Graham Glover filmed madcap Mark Winnie as he was lowered over the pit to fetch some polystyrene, while another colleague operated the machinery. They had been working on a private farm in Wales.

This child seems to have grasped the value of multi-tasking early. But perhaps her choice of activities to combine - sleeping and eating - was a little unwise, as this video, shot in an unknown location, shows.

'Now I just need to check how I'm getting down': French 'Spiderman' climbs 450-foot Barcelona skyscraper without a harness

Alain Robert (bottom) climbed and then descended the Torre Agbar in Barcelona, a 450-foot glass-covered office building (left, right) known for its night-time illuminations. He completed the feat in an hour. The urban climber, famous for his daredevil, harness-free approach, even found time to point out the local landmarks, including the city's most famous church. He said: 'At the backside we can see the Sagrada Familia, on that side we see the twin towers. Barcelona is a very nice, interesting and beautiful city.'
