Corpus has a fantastic range of facilities available for undergraduate students. Most of our accommodation is centrally located in the heart of the city, with extensive athletics facilities and playing fields only ten minutes away at our Leckhampton graduate campus. We are one of the only Cambridge college to have our own theatre, the Corpus Playroom, and we have a rich tradition in choral music. Our award-winning undergraduate Taylor Library and world-famous Parker Library form the centre of academic life at the College.

Our wide range of accommodation offers something for all tastes and budgets. Students might live in the magnificent surroundings of our fourteenth-century Old Court, enjoy the views over the manicured lawn of New Court, or perhaps prefer rooms in the modern and central Beldam Building next to The Eagle pub. We guarantee accommodation for the duration of your undergraduate studies. According to a recent Times Higher Education survey, Cambridge has one of the lowest costs of living amongst the Russell Group universities, kept down by our subsidised room rents.

All of our student rooms are single-occupancy and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lamp and an easy chair or sofa.  Pillows, duvets and mattress covers are provided, but not bed linen or towels.  We do have some en-suite rooms, but most rooms have a wash basin with shared bath and shower facilities located nearby.

The College has two types of lease available: a 30-week lease, which secures the use of your room during term-time only; and a 39-week lease, which secures continual use of your room from the end of September to the end of June.

First-year students are usually grouped together, either on the main College site or very close by. Rooms are priced on the basis of their size, position and proximity to facilities (see our Fees and Finances section for costs) and range from approximately £105-£160 per week.  If you hold an offer from Corpus you will be asked to express preferences for the type of accommodation you want – this will help us to allocate a room for you.  In addition to rent, every student must pay a £150 deposit at the beginning of their time at Corpus, returnable upon graduation.

All college rooms are connected to the University Computing Network via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi connection.  Student printing facilities are located in the undergraduate library, and excellent IT support is available in College if you have any difficulties.
