It is one of the most prestigious modelling gigs around the globe.

And Gigi, 21, and her sister Bella Hadid, 20, joined Kendall Jenner, 21, on the catwalk at the Victoria's Secret fashion show at the Grand Palais in Paris on Thursday night.

They joined Angel veterans Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima, both 35, as a spectacular parade of the world's top supermodels kicked off.

It was a banner night for footwear designer Brian Atwood who outfitted the feet of the world's most top models at the Victoria's Secret fashion show.

His creative genius is limitless, see for instance: the thigh-high lace up stilettos on Gigi, or the multi-colored fringe boots on Joan Smalls.

But nothing caught our eye more than these demure little winged heels on Kendall for her gothic Victorian lingerie look. These lace-up pumps are appropriately named "Dark Angel" and feature a statement black feather that took them out of Greek mythology and into the 21st century.

Sadly, Kendall's delicate, strappy heels are now sold out. Though we can't help but feel inspired by the flirty plumed look so why don't you feather your feet with on of the alternative in the edit below?

Meanwhile, Kendall also looked incredible as she walked for the show, for the second year running, having already achieved her wings.

She wore a spectacular white and black outfit which had a sexy maid feel to it, with those coveted black fluffy wings as she worked her magic.

Her skimpy underwear left little to the imagination and even her strappy heels had glamorous wings trailing off the back.

The Parisian show marks the Victoria's Secret catwalk's 21st year, having first launched in New York in 1995, with the show growing in size every year and scoring higher profile names with it.

Each year a model is charged with wearing the 'Fantasy Bra' - a brassiere styled by a world renowned jeweller, who will craft the item which is deemed the 'ultimate holiday gift'. This year Californian model Jasmine Tookes will showcase a $2.4million emerald and diamond bra, weighing more than 450 carats.
