It's the explosive Teen Mom OG special that made news long before it ever even aired.

And fans finally were able to feast their eyes on part of Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood's dramatic confrontation in the first half of the finale special, which aired on MTV on Monday.

Amber, 26, had a major bone to pick with Farrah, 25, when she was asked by moderator Dr. Drew Pinsky if she and Farrah were on OK terms.

'We used to be and then she decided to open up her crooked lips,' the reality star said. 'She decided to do an interview saying something about how it's good that [Amber's daughter] Leah is with Gary and how my house probably smells like piss. You don't do that.'

'She's been mean to Catelynn, Maci, my fiancee, Taylor, everybody on this show and her piece of sh*t boytoy Simon.'

The reality star did not hold back as she even seemed to bring up Farrah's sex tape, suggesting she herself was a more integral part of the show than her co-star.

'When she makes a quote saying she's the reason why this show is on, well I'm sorry, when I went to prison, this show was not on and when I got out is sure as hell was on,' Amber said.

'She's been mean to...everybody on this show': Amber accused Abraham of having been rude to her cast mates

'And she was selling her vagina while I was gone. We'll make that clear.'

The star also brought Dr. Drew into the mix, encouraging the moderator to not 'let her get away with a lot of things.'

'Dr. Drew, do not let her get away with what she does, and you do,' she told the host. 'You need to call her out more when she's sitting on this stage.

'You let her get away with a lot of things,' she added. 'The way she speaks to the crew, the way she speaks to people in general, her mother, her father, is disrespectful and disgusting. I'm just saying what a lot of people think.'

Farrah did not hold back as she took to Instagram that day to poke fun at her co-star.

'She's Sad that she's not...I'll pray for ya...& everyone else like ya,' she captioned an image of Amber that read, 'Like, I'm not Farrah Abraham.'

The special has been long-awaited by Teen Mom fans, particularly after it had been reported in October that Farrah and Amber had apparently come to blows while filming the reunion show.

Numerous sources confirmed that the pair got into a physical fight on Saturday as they, along with castmates Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout sat down with Dr. Drew Pinsky.

According to Real Mr. Housewife Pinsky was asking Farrah's beau Simon Saran about comments he made referring to Portwood’s boyfriend Matt Baier, as a pedophile.

Part two of the special seems to include this, as a preview shows Amber saying, 'Just because someone's 20 years older than me doesn't mean he's a pedophile.'

The next part will air on MTV on December 5.
