Miley Cyrus got back together with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, 26, earlier this year.

But it does not appear as if the two have nailed down a wedding date.

The 24-year-old pop singer's little sister Noah confirmed that to Life & Style on Wednesday.

'There's not any planning [going on] right now,' Noah Cyrus said.

That's not to say the couple is calling anything off.

In fact, Liam just bought Miley a new ring for her 24th birthday on November 23 after the Voice star admitted on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she's not a big fan of her engagement ring.

She addressed the 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler on her finger, noting that it 'isn't really my aesthetic.'

She added: 'But I'll wear it because you love me.' She then accepted Ellen's congratulations on the engagement.

Ellen joked that Liam 'could have saved a lot of money' by just giving her a candy ring, but Miley shared that despite it not fitting her unique tastes, Liam's 'love' makes her want to wear the vintage, gold ring.

In response to her claims, Miley's doting fiance bought her something a little more her speed.

The Hannah Montana star posted a photo of her birthday gift on Instagram.

In the photo she showed off a unicorn and jewel decorated present box to then reveal there was a ring inside.

She captioned it: 'Best bday evaaaaaa!!!!!!! Thank you my loooooove.'

It isn't your average ring though - it was large, gold and circular, and featured several different colored jewels adorning it including purple, yellow, pink and green.

Clearly over the moon she captioned the image: 'Look at datttt Rainboooowwwwwwww rock! You always know how to make my 'grubby little kid fingers' *SHINE*!!! (P.S. please take notice of that beautiful packaging!!!!)'

Noah says when the two decide to start planning their nuptials, Miley will not be your typical bride, instead she's convinced she'll be 'pretty chill.'

'Miley's a pretty chill person,' she told the magazine.

And if Miley was ever looking for her little sister's approval to marry her long-term beau, she's got it.

'I love Liam,' Noah gushed. 'He's been in the family for a really long time, so he's like a big brother to me.'
