All smiles! Princess Sofia of Sweden is in good spirits as she steps out for lunch in Stockholm in a chic black and grey ensemble

Princess Sofia of Sweden looked stunning as she stepped out and about in Sweden on Tuesday.

The royal look fresh-faced as she kept her make-up natural with just a touch of eyeliner to make her eyes pop for her lunch appointment. 

Keeping things casual Sofia, who married Prince Carl Philip of Sweden on June 13th last year, wore a black pea coat adorned with gold buttons.

The mum to Prince Alexander attended a lunch on the theme of social entrepreneurship and sustainability at Hotel Diplomat in Stockholm, Sweden.

Smiling as she arrived to the venue, Sofia had her hair slicked back in a centre parting with a neat bun to accentuate her cheekbones. 

Sofia, 31, wore black velvet boots with grey fitted trousers and carried a bamboo handled black bag. 

She paired her simple look with silver disc earrings and her wedding ring.

The mum to Prince Alexander stopped to pose for photos outside the hotel before entering for the lunch meeting

She has a busy day ahead of her as she will be attending the a dinner at the Royal Palace in Sweden with the King and Queen and Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel

The princess smiled away for the cameras ahead of her day which also includes a board meeting with Mentor Sweden.

 Sofia is also set to attend an audience with honorary consuls working in Italy, Greece, Malta, Spain and Turkey at the Royal Palace in Stockholm with the King and Queen of Sweden and Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel. 

As she arrived at the hotel in a black vehicle she was welcomed by fellow guests who posed outside for pictures before heading inside.
