The brunette beauty stormed the stage at the Grand Palais in Paris on Wednesday night, keeping her stomach covered up in a red tasselled jacket.

E! News is reporting that Irina is in her second trimester and is 'so excited' about becoming a mother for the first time.

Irina's statement cover-up detracted from her racy red lingerie ensemble as she made her mark on the annual fashion extravaganza.

The sparkling jacket hid her stomach as she stormed along the runway, while showcasing her pert posterior in a thong.

Following a quick change, the star donned another stomach-concealing look, rocking a trench coat over a blue push-up bra and high-waisted knickers.

Irina and Bradley, who started dating in April 2015, have been keeping a relatively low profile of late.

The A-list actor and the catwalk beauty were first linked last Spring, enjoying a series of dates in New York before making an appearance as a couple at the MET Gala in May.

Despite rumours of a break-up in early 2016, the pair's relationship appears to be going from strength-to-strength.

The news comes after Irina revealed she wants children sooner rather than later.

She told Hello! magazine: 'My father was married to my mother for more than 20 years and, yes, definitely one day I want to have a family because that is the most important thing on this earth.

'I don't think there is a perfect time. I think it's more important to have the right person by your side.

'My sister had her baby when she was 22, and for her that was the perfect time. I will be 31 in January, so maybe soon it will be my perfect time. I don't know - time will tell.'

She previously revealed that she hits the gym daily - and hard - in order to maintain her toned silhouette, but also so her diet can be less restricted.

She told Viva magazine: 'You have to love your body, respect it and treat it well. I spend time doing cardio because it makes me feel good.'

'I believe in eating what I like and sweating it out in the gym,' she added. 'I work out every day and avoid exercises that make my body too muscular. I focus on activities like running, boxing, cycling and Pilates.'

With such a statuesque frame, it is no wonder that the brunette beauty caught the eye of Bradley Cooper - who she is currently in a relationship with.
