Kim Zolciak admits family is suffering 'a lot of stress' over husband Kroy's uncertain NFL future

Being unemployed is a strain on any family — even the rich and famous.

Kim Zolciak has admitted her husband Kroy Biermann's uncertain NFL future is causing a lot of stress on the family.

In Wednesday's Don't Be Tardy, the 38-year-old lamented the fact her family have to be ready to up stakes at a day's notice.

After playing with the Atlanta Falcons for eight seasons, the 31-year-old linebacker signed a year's contract with New York's Buffalo Bills in August, only to be dropped 18 days later.

In Wednesday's episode, Kroy decides to have a family bonding day to alleviate what he called 'a lot of stress'.

'Just to get us away from the stress of the possibility of moving, like, tomorrow,' his wife added.

Elsewhere in the episode, the footballer conceded: 'Being in the middle of free agency, there’s a lot up in the air,' while Kim reiterated: 'We could go tomorrow.'

Money obviously isn't an issue for the Zolciak-Biermanns just yet, with Kim's lucrative Bravo spin off from The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

Along with Lisa's Vanderpump Rules from sister show The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Don't Be Tardy is the most successful spin off with five seasons so far.

Indeed, the family's bonding day was a games challenge carrying a $1,000 prize (ultimately won by daughter Ariana).

With Kim worried about uprooting, she appears to have changed her tune since September, when she indicated she would not move the family from Atlanta if Kroy were to sign with a new team elsewhere.

Wherever he ends up, she told Us Weekly, 'I want him to be happy'.
