The lifestyle of an A-lister may be enviable, but it is also rather exhausting.

And Halle Berry looked ready for bed as she jetted home to Los Angeles on the red eye from New York.

The Oscar-winner was pictured making her arrival into chilly California in the early hours of Friday.

While her travelling outfit was the perfect mix of fashionable and practical, it looked as if the leather-clad star would rather be wearing a pair of flannel PJs.

Halle had jumped straight onboard after attending a fancy Revlon party in the Big Apple the previous evening.

For the bash, in aid of the make-up brand's annual charity giveaway, Halle sizzled in a slinky metallic gown.

Mom's the word: While she does have a New York base, Halle was no doubt keen to be at home in LA when her two young children woke up to start their day

Halle Berry arrived in style to LAX. Wearing a studded grey leather jacket and black trousers, the Monsters Ball actress really looked amazing in her Chloe ankle boots.
