'Don't let him get any weapons': 911 dispatcher advises doctor to 'keep an eye' on Kanye West during emergency call before hospitalization

Audio of the 911 call made prior to Kanye West's hospitalization has been released.

In it a man who identifies himself as the 39-year-old rapper's doctor could be heard making the call on November 21 while asking for assistance from paramedics and police backup.

The dispatcher seemed to be a little concerned about the Life Of Pablo hitmaker's behavior so he advised the person on the other end: 'Don't let him get any weapons or anything like that.'

In the obtained audio, which was in snippets, it does not specifically identify West but there was concern expressed on it regarding his behavior.

'I think he's definitely going to need to be hospitalized,' the caller said. 'I wouldn't just do the police by itself.'

West's personal physician Dr. Michael Farzam was the one who made the call according to TMZ.

There are several parts of the dialogue that were indistinguishable and no response could be heard when the operator asks:  'What is the medical condition he’s having, sir?'

Toward the end of the call the dispatcher offers a bit of advice to the concerned party as he says: 'Keep an eye on him. Don’t let him get any … any weapons or anything like that.

'If anything changes, if he does become physically combative between now and when police and/or paramedics get there, call us back immediately at 911.'
