'Things are going better': Ryan Seacrest claims Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are on the mend... but KUWTK will NOT be halted

It could hardly be called Keeping Up With The Kardashians if it fell behind.

Ryan Seacrest has revealed the show will not be halted in the wake of Kanye West's ongoing medical drama.

The 41-year-old - who is an executive producer on the show - claimed production has not stopped despite the rappers breakdown and the resulting turmoil within the family.

He added, 'I’ve spoken to Kim. I’ve not spoken to Kanye, but I think that things are going better now.'

On with the show: Ryan Seacrest has revealed Keeping Up With The Kardashians will not be halted in the wake of Kanye West's ongoing medical drama

'There have been some reports that we halted production,' he told People on Friday night at 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball at the Staples Center.

'We did stop for a little bit, briefly, after the Paris incident, but since then we’ve been back in full production,' he said. 'We’re shooting season 13.'

On Friday it was reported that Kanye is now living apart from his wife and children for 'medical reasons', as he continues to receive treatment.

But according to Seacrest, things are on the mend between the couple.

On the mend: The executive producer said he had spoken to Kim but not Kanye, and claimed 'things are going better now'

The rapper was released from hospital on Wednesday where he had spent ten days after suffering a breakdown.

But instead of going home to his family, he is staying at a rental house 'while receiving outpatient treatment', the mag reported.

A source confirmed to People: 'He is receiving outpatient care else with a medical team'.

'Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don’t know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care.'

The revelation comes the same day a 25ft Christmas tree was delivered to the Bel-Air home they normally share.
