'It's all fake': James Kennedy denies hooking up with a co-worker (despite photo evidence) as Lala Kent confronts him on Vanderpump Rules

James Kennedy better get his story straight.

The 24-year-old sacked British DJ was confronted with photo evidence on Monday's episode of Vanderpump Rules that he slept with server Ellie while in a long distance relationship with girlfriend Raquel.

He denied to friend Lala Kent that he slept with Ellie while in his current relationship even claiming that she had altered the date stamp on a selfie she had taken in bed with him after sex.

James, who previously denied sleeping with another server, GG, claimed that Ellie had manipulated the picture using an app on her phone and dismissed it as a 'fake.'

He then turned on Lala and forced her to deny that she was dating a married man, a rumor that has been at the heart of the Bravo show's fifth season.

The fifth episode of the season, entitled Cold Feet, kicked off with Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz jetting to Lake Tahoe to scout locations for their wedding.

Tom was instantly on the back foot telling the owners of the venue: 'If I had it my way it would be another six years.'

'I am not getting cold feet, they are a little chilly but they are not cold,' added Tom who was worried about the cost of the weeding.

'I am worried she is going to want a Lisa Vanderpump wedding on a Tom and Katie budget,' he added.

As Katie tried to plan the 'woodsy-elegant' ceremony Tom would not take the process seriously and told the planner he had wanted to elope.

Tom then joked that Jax Taylor would probably try to sleep with his bride on their wedding day and that he and an embarrassed Katie had met drunk and had sex.

The prospect of spending $24,000 on the wedding did not go down well as it was clear he and Katie had different concepts of budget.

Back in Los Angeles, James Kennedy met up with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix in the gym, and told them about being fired by Lisa.

'I was drinking at SUR and I shouted at Jax and swore in the restaurant,' he admitted.

Tom told him that the firing was 'bull***t' as James admitted he was dealing with his long-distance girlfriend Raquel and GG's claims they had slept together.

'No, I did not hook up with GG,' James told the pair.

'It is frustrating that Jax and GG made up this rumor, which is obviously not true. I have to go out of my way to make sure that I am innocent,' James told the cameras.

Lala then took Lisa aside and assured her that she was 'not dating a married human being.'

'I have a guy that spoils me rotten but he is not the married guy they are talking about,' said Lala.

But Lisa was not convinced.

'I don't know if the rumors of Lala dating a married man are true, I hope not,' Lisa told the cameras with a smirk.

'It is not my business but something seems a little off to me. I guess the only time it would be my business is if the married man were my husband, but it is not,' she said.

Lala said she was 'mortified' by the rumors as she looked up to Lisa as a 'mother figure.'

Tom Schwartz took an underwear modeling job to raise cash for the wedding and eventually stuffed his shorts with a peach.

Jax was an hour late for work much to Lisa's disapproval and he was forced to apologize to his co-workers.

Tom and Ariana rode his BMX to a date-night dinner as they discussed the fractured nature of Tom Schwartz and Katie's fractious relationship.

Ariana told the cameras she had no interest in getting married but was excited to buy a house with Tom.

'Ariana says she never wants to get married but if she ever did then I know I would be that guy, and vice versa,' said Tom.

'Married or not we all know that she is the one for me,' he declared.

Lala then took a hike with friends and servers Tiffany and Ellie, who she said were 'like her sisters.'

She then told the cameras that she was in 'a committed relationship' with a man who liked to reward her with gifts.

Lala was stunned to find out that James had been fired and even more stunned when Ellie told her she had also been sleeping with James 'a month ago.'

Ellie then showed them a phone picture of herself next to James in bed, while he was dating his current girlfriend.

'James has told me multiple times that he has never cheated on Raquel but there is the picture with James in the bed with Ellie with a date on it that clearly states when it happened. That is shocking to me,' said Lala.

Lala then got her friend to send her the picture so that she could warn James it existed.

Over drinks Tom Sandoval told Jax that he had provoked James and he was to blame for his firing.

But Jax was thrilled at the outcome and could not hide his delight.

Scheana headed over to the table of Kristen, Katie and Stassi and told them Ariana and Tom had defended James.

Kristen called her out for defending James but Ariana was not having it and reminded her of her own issues, with a string of clips of her punching James, Schwartz and Sandoval.

At SUR the new servers' shirts were on display and Scheana tried to convince Lisa to let them wear it as a dress.

Ariana then told Scheana about Ellie sleeping with James and Scheana planned a breakfast to get the gossip.

'I did not tell anyone as I was so ashamed. He said he was dating someone but I thought it was just a joke,' Ellie told her.

'We are all allowed to make mistakes. I slept with him in March and while we were having sex he said ''Just so you know you don't mean anything to me anymore'',' Ellie revealed.

Ellie then told her she took the picture of them in bed together 'just in case' and told Scheana that she wanted 'to come clean.'

Scheana then asked Ellie if she had met Lala's married boyfriend and took her non-denial as evidence it was true.

Tom and Katie then test-drove a new Porsche for Lisa and Tom told his fiancee that if they did not have a wedding they could buy one.

'It is just straight mean,' she fumed.

Katie urged him to be more considerate while he told her not to 'freak out' about the wedding and as she stormed off she accused that his 'd*** not working properly.'

Scheana went to meet Stassi and Kristen and told them about her James gossip, which came as no surprise to Kristen.

Stassi then told them that the wife of Lala's married boyfriend had discovered the affair by going through his phone and finding sexting videos.

'I know from personal experience we should stop making sex tapes. Women of America stop recording yourself having sex it always gets out there,' said Stassi in a sort of public service announcement.

Lala then tried to get the truth out of James and he immediately denied that he had slept with Ellie, even when faced with photo evidence.

'That means absolutely nothing. Do you know how easy it is to change picture dates on apps now? It's all fake,' he shot back.

When Lala told him she wanted his side of the story James fired back about rumors of her dating a married man.

'The man who I am seeing, who I am very much in love with, is not married,' she told him.

James however was not convinced.

'Do I think the guy is married? Probably. If she wants to go ahead and do that then that is her business, but when you are lying to your enemies and your friends it is not exactly building a good case for you,' said James.
