Eva Longoria was left red-faced on Monday after not exercising for months and shared it on Snapchat.

The 41-year-old actress posted a makeup-free video after a grueling SoulCyle session.

'Oh my gosh. I finished SoulCycle and it almost killed me,' Eva said in a video.

'Look at my face. It's splotchy red,' she added.

The actress patted her face as she offered an explanation.

'It's because I haven't exercised in two months and the blood is finally getting to my face,' she said.

'Maybe SoulCycle will make me younger. What do you guys think?,' she asked her followers on Snapchat.

The Desperate Housewives star earlier shared a Snapchat video of an empty yellow SoulCycle stationary bike.

'Good morning....', she wrote in the caption.

Eva recently returned to Los Angeles after hosting the National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony last week in Washington.

President Barack Obama lit the National Christmas Tree for his final time with a wish that Americans will care for the sick, hungry and poor this holiday season.

Performers at the annual ceremony included Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, Kelly Clarkson, Marc Anthony, Yolanda Adams, The Lumineers, James Taylor and Chance the Rapper.

Eva spoke at the Democratic National Convention in July in Philadelphia.

She married businessman Jose Antonio Baston in May during a ceremony in Mexico.
