She's got a busy weekend ahead as she watches her act Matt Terry compete in the X Factor finale.

And Nicole Scherzinger was dressed for business on Wednesday as she headed out and about in London.

The X Factor judge looked sensational, showing off her figure in a chic pencil skirt and shirt combo.

She added a statement houndstooth pencil skirt in a red and black print which emphasised her pert posterior as she posed for the cameras.

Nicole finished off her look with an edgy up do, retro shades and a slick of red lippie.

Nicole Scherzinger always pulls a gorgeous gown out of the bag for the X Factor live shows, but the glamour doesn't stop there!

She swapped her skirt for ripped black skinny jeans and a cosy white sweater which she paired with a flowing scarf and her red lippie.

She draped a smart black coat around her shoulders as she headed to her car, while flashing her statement star-print boots.

It was an emotional X Factor semi-final result on Sunday night for Nicole, which saw her last act Matt Terry book his place in this week's grand finale.

On Saturday night, he was seen singing the Celine Dion version of Silent Night as well as well as covering the Jessie Ware low tempo love song, Say You Love Me.

But it seems viewers of the long-running talent show did not fall for his vocals at the critical stage of the competition and he did not secure enough votes to soar straight to the final.

Instead, Matt found himself in a sing off with Scottish hopeful Emily Middlemas.

On Saturday night, viewers of The X Factor theorised that Simon Cowell had attempted to swing votes away from Matt – who has been a strong contestant throughout – by giving him scathing feedback.

‘It was a bit predictable. It was a little bit, like having the sandwich without the butter,’ Simon had said.

But it was all for naught in Cowell’s case – as his final girl was sent packing by the other judges and thus he has no acts left for the live final.

Instead, Matt will be joined by Saara Aalto (mentored by Sharon Osbourne) and 5 After Midnight (mentored by Louis Walsh).
