Kristina Rihanoff shows off her svelte post-baby figure in semi-sheer gown as she cosies up to beau Ben Cohen at her West End show One More Dance

She confessed fears of looking like a 'stuffed sausage' in skimpy stage outfits after giving birth to her daughter Milena in July.

But Kristina Rihanoff looked stunning as she flaunted her svelte post-baby figure in a semi-sheer gown backstage at her West End show One More Dance at London's Adelphi Theatre on Sunday night.

The 39-year-old Strictly Come Dancing professional appeared to be in high spirits as she later cosied up to her rugby star boyfriend Ben Cohen.

Yummy mummy! Kristina Rihanoff, 39, looked stunning as she flaunted her svelte post-baby figure backstage at her West End show One More Dance in London on Sunday night

The blonde beauty showed off her toned arms and revealed a hint of trim midriff in the dazzling ivory gown, which featured an intricately embellished nude bodice.

A bedazzled neckline subtly drew attention to Kristina's cleavage, while the romantic floor-skimming length kept the look demure.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star wore her platinum hair in polished waves and framed her features with liberal stage make-up.

Slipping into a black mesh minidress for the afterparty, the blonde beauty beamed as she wrapped her arms around her boyfriend Ben.

Double trouble: Kristina mingled with TOWIE star Megan McKenna, who sang on the show

And just a month before One More Dance, Kristina revealed her fears about slipping back into her skimpy dance outfits after the birth of Milena.

Chatting with Andy West in an exclusive clip released to MailOnline, she admitted: 'I am worried about getting into the costumes.

'I have just a month to get into them, thankfully they are Lycra, but I could look like a stuffed sausage.'

She added that breastfeeding had stopped her going on the diets she would normally use to lose weight as she 'needs the nutrients', but explained she wasn't slowing down her exercise routine.

Sweet: Ben and Kristina met in 2013 when they were partnered together on Strictly Come Dancing and became a couple the following year. They share five-month-old daughter Milena, who was born in July

Quite the crowd! Kristina's co-star Gleb Savchenko was supported by his stunning wife Elena Samodanova (far left), while Pete Wicks supported his girlfriend Megan McKenna's West End debut

All wrapped up: Kristina later slipped into a black minidress and puffa jacket

And Kristina said she was confident that she'd soon be back to her shape as she revealed: 'My body always reacts great when I train in dancing, it will bounce back!'

Ben Cohen, a member of England’s World Cup winning squad in 2003 and Kristina met in 2013 when they were partnered together on Strictly Come Dancing and became a couple the following year.

She revealed news of her pregnancy during a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house earlier this year.

Taking centre-stage: She put on an animated performance with fellow Strictly Come Dancing pro Gleb Savchenko

Steamy: Gleb shared a passionate moment with one female dancer

Quite the show: The dancers thrilled the crowds with their energetic routines

And now the rugby star, 38,  and dancer have revealed exciting plans to marry.

Former England player Ben, who has twins with his first wife, told Hello! magazine: ‘I imagine we will get married at some point.

‘Having a baby later on in life, we were both very set in our ways so it has been a big change for both of us.’

Sultry: She wore a dramatic red gown with red sheets billowing from it as she struck a pose

Looking good: Kristina stunned in her onstage outfits, despite admitting fears of looking like a 'stuffed sausage' in them after giving birth in July

Meanwhile Megan McKenna, who is better known for her dramatic escapades on ITVBe's The Only Way Is Essex, also made an appearance at the production.

She looked every inch the theatre pro and worlds away from her reality star counterpart on Sunday night, as she made her West End debut in One More Dance.

Singing her heart out onstage at the Adelphi Theatre, the 24-year-old truly dazzled in a slinky red satin number as she first wowed the audience with her powerful voice.

Superstar: Singing her heart out at the Adelphi Theatre, the 24-year-old dazzled in a slinky red number before changing into an angelic white gown as she wowed with her powerful voice

Although taking her moment in the spotlight to perform rather than partake in her usual antics in Essex, Megan did not let her usual glamour falter as she took to the stage in an array of stunning ensembles.

The brunette beauty belted out her first track in a figure-hugging red satin dress - featuring a sexy plunging back which saucily laced into halterneck straps.

The show-stopping frock hugged each of her womanly curves, perfectly flattering and emphasising her derriere as she posed with her back to the camera.

Listen: Remaining classic in style and the one crimson hue all the way down, the simple dress did not detract from the night's main focus - her vocals

Centre stage: Megan dominated the stage in her West End debut as Gleb, Kristina and their dances moved effortlessly around her

Remaining classic in style and the one crimson hue all the way down, the simple dress helped Megan to stun on the stage whilst not detracting from the night's main focus - her vocals.

The TOWIE lass later changed into an angelic white gown, which injected a hint of glitz into the evening with chic embellished shoulder panels.

The floor-length gown also remained its soft and feminine cream colour throughout - but nipped in gorgeously at her middle to enhance her enviably petite waist and flat stomach.

It's getting hot in here! Gleb later took to the stage after Megan's tuneful appearance - flashing his rippling abs in a sleeveless leather jacket as he shook his hips across the stage

Number one fans: Supporting her on her big night was of course her two number one fans - boyfriend Pete Wicks (R) and father Dave McKenna (L)

With her trademark voluminous tresses slicked back, the reality star-come-singer oozed old-school glamour as she passionately sang in front of the dancers for the sold-out audience.

Supporting her on her big night was of course her two number one fans, boyfriend Pete Wicks and father Dave McKenna - who suited and booted themselves up for the special occasion.

After making a name for herself on the likes of Ex On The Beach, Celebrity Big Brother and of course, TOWIE, Megan has now taken centre stage something far more creative - singing.

Having bonded with Kristina Rihanoff during their time in the CBB house earlier this year, Megan stayed in contact with the former Strictly Come Dancing star and was consequently cast in her West End show, alongside Gleb Savchenko, earlier in the year.

Proud: Pete looked overwhelmed by his girlfriend's achievement as he gave her a tender peck on the cheek backstage

Debut: Megan McKenna looks ecstatic as she leaves the Adelphi Theatre after making her West End stage debut in stunning satin gown alongside Gleb Savchenko

Kristina listened to Megan sing while they spent the same season of CBB together and booked her for the one-night-only show last month, when Megan said how 'thrilled' she was to be asked.

'I didn’t have to think twice,' she said of the casting. 'Making my West End debut singing on stage with some of the most talented dancers in the world accompanying me truly is a dream come true.'

The TV personality has been desperate for years to be recognised for her singing ability more than anything else, and her slog through the realms of reality TV has finally allowed her to do this.

Before the show on Sunday she treated fans who wouldn't have been able to get their hands on tickets to the event with photos of her backstage in the stunning cherry red gown.

Beaming: As she left the theatre following the performance, the look on her face proved the night went well

She posed for the camera in the satin floor-length backless number, showing off her delicately curled brunette locks which she wore loosely behind her shoulders.

'It's show time!' was her caption, before posting a second shot of her in the wings with an array of backstage crew around her, holding out her dress's train in all directions, creating an almost winged effect.

'Just chilling backstage...' she quipped in the caption.

Comfy: Still wearing her chestnut hair in voluminous ringlets around her shoulders she had changed into an all-black comfy-looking number - a black jumper and sweat pants, finished with a pair of furry moon boots

Clearly not feeling the Christmastime chill in the air, the adrenaline-filled TOWIE star grinned ecstatically as she walked along the street outside the theatre, accompanied by a gaggle of women, one of whom grabbed her hand proudly.

The show featured Ballroom and Latin American dance routines, starring Gleb and Kristina.

Following her dream: Starting out, she appeared on Britain's Got Talent in 2006, aged 16, where she performed a rendition of What is This Feeling? (Loathing), from West End musical Wicked

Joining forces: Megan joined Gleb Savchenko for the West End show on Sunday night
