The mane attraction! Ariel Winter rocks new bangs while dropping jaws in sexy backless dress at Critics' Choice Awards

Ariel Winter was rocking a brand new hairstyle at the Critics' Choice Awards in Santa Monica on Sunday.

The 18-year-old showed off a new set of bangs - which could very well have been clip-ins - as she walked on the blue carpet.

However, no one was looking at Ariel's new fringe the moment she turned around.

Dropping jaws: However, no one was looking at Ariel's new fringe the moment she turned around

The star no doubt dropped jaws as she worked a sexy backless dress by Uel Camilo that flashed tons of skin.

The glam black dress clung to her curves and was slashed at the waist to show off her midriff.

Sparkle in a jeweled gown like Ariel

Ariel Winter dazzles on the red carpet in a figure flattering gown by Brazlian born, Italy-based designer Uel Camilo. He's known for his dramatic dresses with intricate embellishments.

This exact look is custom for Ariel, so it isn't available online, but you can certainly look at what kind of styles he does and contact him via his website for your next black tie affair.

For those who need it now for the holiday and party season, we've found several dresses that capture that very jewel-like essence. This would be a timeless go-to dress for all your black tie events. Just throw your hair up like Ariel and add some strappy sandals for a fantastic formal look. The dress is enough bling that you won't need anymore jewelry or accessories! We've also included a starry must have from Nasty Gal. The ones from Asos are an absolute steal!

Ariel's gorgeous dress was accented with yellow, white, and black beads.

And it had a modest train that skimmed the floor.

The star had arrived in support of her long-running ABC show, Modern Family, where she plays Alex Dunphy.

Critically acclaimed: Winter cosied up with co-stars Sarah Hyland, Eric Stonestreet and Nolan Gould as they arrived to support their hit show

The comedy series, which also stars Sofia Vergara, Ed O'Neill, and Sarah Hyland, has been nominated for Best Comedy Series.

Modern Family won the same award for Best Comedy Series in 2011.

This year, it's competing against Atlanta, Black-ish, Fleabag, Silicon Valley, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Veep for the honour.

In 2012, Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell won Critics' Choice Awards for their roles in Modern Family, which is now in its eighth season.

Strike a pose! Winter posed up with her co-star as they awaited the big show
