'Dream come true!' Irina Shayk posts sultry photo from her new Alberta Ferretti campaign

Irina Shayk just showcased her incredible looks on the catwalk for the Victoria Secret Show.

And the 30-year-old model was it again on Tuesday as she posted a very seductive photo on Instagram.

The teasing shot is from the Alberta Ferretti SS 2017 campaign.

The in demand model is starring in the high fashion campaign, photographed by the legendary Steven Meisel.

In the saucy photo the supermodel is holding a piece of ice in her mouth as she points her chin upwards.

She has wet hair in the photo and is also wearing a ton of dark eye make-up including smokey eye-shadow.

Irina is wearing a frilly black capped T-shirt, whilst showing off a lot of cleavage. 

Clearly ecstatic about the campaign the brunette beauty captioned the sultry photo: 'Finally A DREAM COME TRUE!!!! Melting ice on set with #StevenMeisel for @albertaferretti SS17 ads.'

Meanwhile, the supermodel may have stunned on the catwalk in Paris last week, however she was very noticeably more covered up than the rest of the angels.

Her belly was adorned with a glitzy kimono as it has just revealed that Irina is pregnant and expecting her first child with boyfriend Bradley Cooper. 

The news hasn't been confirmed by either of the A listers yet.

Cooper was recently pictured going on a grueling jog in Los Angeles.

The actor worked up a sweat in a training top and shorts and was spotted for the first time since the baby news broke.

If the rumours are true he is set to become a dad for the first time.

Cooper and Irina have been dating for a year and a half. They were first linked to one another in April 2015 after they attended Broadway's Finding Neverland together.

This was shortly after her break-up from soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo and Cooper's split from Suki Waterhouse.

Earlier this year in November E! News confirmed that Irina and Cooper hadtalked about marriage.
