Television presenter Holly Willoughby has revealed that she hates talking about her own diet - because she's terrified of contributing to eating disorders.
The This Morning presenter, 35, said she prefers not to focus on how she maintains her buxom figure because she's worried people might become 'fixated' with what she eats.
The curvy star, who's mother to children Belle, five, Harry, seven, and Chester, two, says she loves food, but now refuses to engage in talk of diets when being interviewed.

The buxom 35-year-old television star says she won't 'contribute' to people becoming fixated by celebrities' diets by talking about her own approach to eating
The mother-of-three, who's looks and clothes are regularly scrutinized, says that she avoids talking about diets in interviews for fear of contributing to eating disorders
Willoughby told Prima Magazine: 'I don't want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.
'As long as I'm being healthy, that's good enough for me. I'm quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it's not the important thing.'
The star said that when pressed by interviewers to reveal her food intake, she won't play ball.
She said: 'I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people's diets. I just can't contribute to that.'
Willoughby, who regularly posts images of her This Morning outfits on her Instagram, also told Prima magazine that she loves food and can make a mean spaghetti bolognese
The presenter, who's married to producer Dan Baldwin, says that she loves food and the pleasure it can bring...and can cook a mean spaghetti bolognese.
'I'm healthy; I love food - it's a celebration, something to be talked over, shopped for, cooked and enjoyed. I love cooking. Nothing fancy - just standard home-made stuff. I make a very good spaghetti.'
The star also revealed she follows Muppet Show character Miss Piggy's mantra: Never eat more than you can lift.
Last week, Willoughby courted controversy when she attended a maternity ward at St Thomas's hospital in London.
The glamorous star said that her own experience interviewing people with eating disorders and seeing their comments appear on chat rooms had put her off commenting publicly on her own diet
Some viewers felt that the bubbly presenter had overstepped the mark by holding newborn babies before their own mothers had and even filming an emergency C-section.
One viewer noted: '@thismorning @GSTTnhs @hollywills didnt enjoy the newborn paraded on tv. First hours are so precious:Mum/dad/baby should've stayed together.'
Another said: '@stephdavispage1 @thismorning @GSTTnhs @hollywills It was not necessary entertainment. Emergency c-sec often traumatic & youre in shock.' [sic]
