The 36-year-old Welsh singer dazzled in a mesmerizing cobalt shoulder cut mermaid dress that flowed elegantly as she sang at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

The mezzo-soprano sported little besides her beautiful frock, accessorised with diamond earrings.

The blonde beauty wore her tresses in a simple but sleek fashion that laid perfectly on her shoulders as she belted song after song.

Since becoming a mum to daughter Aaliyah with husband Andrew Levitas, she has become picky about how and when she performs.

In an interview with the Daily Record, Katherine said: 'Being a parent to a one-year-old has obviously been life-changing but in the most amazing way. I am obsessed with her and both Andrew and I love being parents.

'It affects how I work. Previously I could have gone off on tour for three months and not thought about it but now I don't want to be away from her for too long.

'It's all about choosing things where I am either in a position to bring her with me, as I will do when I come to Glasgow, or going away for the shortest possible amount of time. I don't want to be away from her. I get very upset when I am.'

Monumental life moments have knocked on the singer's door quite a lot in recent years.

Katherine and Andrew, an American artist, had a brief seven-month-long romance before they got married in September 2014.

Aaliyah was born in New York City, Andrew's hometown, and while the couple do spend a lot of time in the Big Apple, the singer is often back at home in Neath, Wales.
