'All of them are doing amazing. I'm a lucky man,' Ryan said. 'They really make me better. We couldn't be happier. They are so sweet.'

On Friday, Ryan visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show to speak about the upcoming holidays with his three girls.

'Ez was a little too young last year,' he relayed, explaining that Esmeralda has not grasped the concept of Christmas and gift-receiving just yet.

'What does she want [for Christmas]?' DeGeneres prodded.

'I don't think she understands that you can ask for something just yet,' Ryan replied. 'It's a real sweet spot. We can give her anything.'

Ryan was delighted the legendary actor has disproved the theory that people shouldn't meet their heroes as they will end up disappointed.

'You know, they say don't meet you heroes, but I would say the addendum to that is "...unless they're Harrison Ford," because he's a cool motherf****r.'

He confirmed rumours that the Indiana Jones star punched him on the set, but insists it was just a 'rite of passage' and he was very amused by Harrison's antics.

'We were just doing a fight scene and, you know, it just happened.'

'But what was funny was, when it was over, they brought ice for my face, and Harrison pushed me out of the way and stuck his fist in the ice.'

Blade Runner 2049 is scheduled to hit theatres on October 6, 2017.
