'I definitely won’t be naming him baby Greg like Sam’s baby Paul. We might make the middle name Gregory, but it won’t be a first name.'

Before falling pregnant, the mother-to-be exclusively revealed to MailOnline that while she wishes for a healthy and happy baby, she would love to a son to add to brood.

She said: 'I always thought in my head that I'm always going to have girls but now that I've seen (sister) Samantha with Paul, I would actually love to have a boy as well.

'It would be so nice to experience having one of each but on the flip side, it would be really nice for Nelly to have a sister as well because then it would be kind of like how Samantha and I were.'

Billie is also hoping that playing with Paul will help to teach Nelly how to be a good big sister when the time arises.

'She needs to start learning how to share,' said Billie. 'Where it's just her, sometimes when other children come over they'll play with something that she hasn't touched for months and go, "That's mine." I have to remind her to share things.'
