Sky Sports have picked the Manchester derby as one of 13 Premier League fixtures moved for television coverage in February - but plans for the meeting between Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho remain on hold.
City vs United has been moved for live broadcast on Sunday, February 26 at 2.15pm. It could still be shifted again, though, depending on whether the Old Trafford club progress to the EFL Cup final.
Elsewhere in the calendar, City face a lengthy Monday-night trip to Bournemouth at 8pm on February 13 while title pace-setters Chelsea and Arsenal meet in the 12.30pm kick-off on February 4. Both games will be shown on Sky.

BT Sport have just three games, all in their 5.30pm Saturday slot: Tottenham vs Middlesbrough (February 4), Liverpool vs Tottenham (February 11) and Watford vs West Ham (February 25).
Leicester City, Liverpool and Spurs fans face the most disruption with each having three of their fixtures moved.
City and United's meeting at the Etihad Stadium will be moved if the visitors see off Hull City over two legs in their EFL Cup semi-final next month.
That is because the Wembley showpiece is scheduled for the same day - Sunday, February 26.
Leicester vs Liverpool a day later could also be postponed if Jurgen Klopp's team get past Southampton in their semi-final.
Sky's head of football Gary Hughes said: 'Sky Sports is the place to see the biggest and most exciting Premier League matches and 2017 will see another incredible season build to a potentially dramatic climax.
'Whether it's the massive head-to-heads or the fight for survival, Sky will have the full Premier League story.'
As well as the Manchester clash, Sky also boast Chelsea vs Arsenal in their fixture selections
Southampton are one of five teams, alongside West Bromwich Albion, Everton, Crystal Palace and Sunderland, to avoid having their February games moved as it stands.
The television fixtures for March are expected to be announced by the Premier League in the week beginning January 25.
BT Sport have three games in February, including a trip to Liverpool for Tottenham
