This police helicopter footage captures the moment a driver rammed a stolen car into metal railings before fleeing on foot during a high speed chase.
Isaac Blamires, 21, of Bradford, West Yorkshire, was filmed swerving in and out of traffic, driving through a red light and mounting the kerb in the Volkswagen Golf.
The car, which was stolen during a burglary that day, also collided with two vehicles during the chase on October 26.
Blamires was jailed for 20 months after pleading guilty to dangerous driving, driving without insurance and possession of the stolen car as criminal property.
He also admitted to burgling a home shortly after midnight on November 17.
Bradford Crown Court heard the stolen Golf was spotted by the police helicopter after Blamires clipped a car at speed on a roundabout.
Prosecutor Syam Soni said Blamires was the sole occupant of the car and there was no suggestion he was involved in the burglary in which it was taken.

Blamires mounted the kerb while doing double the 30mph speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic. He also reached speeds of 70mph in a 40mph zone and ignored a Give Way sign.
Less than a month later Blamires burgled the home of a couple who were away on honeymoon. The court heard that a neighbour spotted four men passing a stolen TV set over the garden fence at the four bedroom property.
Blamires was caught hiding in a garden. An X-Box, a laptop computer, a pair of earrings and £150 in cash were taken in the raid.
The prosecution told the court that Blamires was cautioned by police for possession of drugs five days before the driving offences.
Blamires' barrister, Jessica Strange, said he was a young man with no previous convictions who pleaded guilty to all matters at the earliest opportunity.
He was driving the Golf home for a friend and sped off because he knew he was not insured to drive it.

Miss Strange said Blamires was a hard working man who fell in with the wrong crowd and was exploited.
He was now back living with his family and was thoroughly ashamed of himself.
Judge Neil Davey QC banned him from driving for 22 months.
He said: 'This was a bad episode of dangerous driving that created a substantial danger to other road users.'
