Restless Tori Spelling has packed up her family once again, and moved to a sprawling 4,714-square-foot, 1980s-era estate in a gated community.

Tori's transition into the five-bedroom, five-bathroom marks her eighth move in just six years.

Tori, 43, recently ditched her Encino, California, rental for the swankeier digs just nine miles north to the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, DailyMail.com has learned.

Other celebrities who live in Woodland Hills include LA Confidential actress Kim Basinger, Happy Days star Scott Baio, as well as General Hospital star Genie Francis.

Tori and Dean have four children together and their fifth child is due early next year. Other celebrities who live in Woodland Hills include LA Confidential actress Kim Basinger, Happy Days star Scott Baio, as well as General Hospital star Genie Francis.

Along with gaining an additional 1,800 square feet from the move, Tori now has a tennis court and relaxing sauna in the master bath.

Dubbed an 'entertainers haven', the $2 million home rents for $9,500 a month and sits on almost an acre lot.

The home features both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, formal dining room, walk-in wine cellar, a grand-scale master bedroom and bathroom with balcony, 'Hollywood style' pool, and a game and theater room.

A source tells DailyMail.com: 'Here we go again, this is Spelling's pattern. She packs up Dean and the kids every six months to a year and moves to a new rental.

'She hasn't put down real roots since she sold her Encino home in 2011 [featured on their Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood], and she always has some excuse why she has to leave.'

Her excuse this time is the fact that she is expecting baby number five early next year with husband Dean McDermott, 50, and needs more space.

The couple have four children already - Liam, 9; Stella, 8; Hattie, 5; and Finn. 4 - along with McDermott's son Jack, 18, from his first marriage to Mary Jo Eustace.

Spelling and McDermott hit a rough patch in December of 2013, when McDermott admitted to having an affair with a woman named Emily Goodhand while in Toronto working as host on the TV cooking competition show Chopped Canada.

The couple chronicled the infidelity and subsequent reconciliation in two seasons of their 2014 Lifetime reality show True Tori.

Tori's mother, Candy Spelling (left) is keeping the family afloat financially

Since 2011, Spelling has moved from Encino to Malibu, to Westlake Village, to Tarzana, to Encino, to Calabasas, then back to Encino, and now to Woodland Hills.

And cash-strapped Tori has faced one financial crisis after another - she was sued by American Express for $38,000 in January of 2016, and again in October 31, of 2016 for an additional $87,595.55. She also owes $259,108.23 in back taxes for 2014.

But Tori has wisely made peace with her wealthy mother, Candy Spelling, who is helping keep keep the family afloat financially.

Candy, 71, admitted earlier this year that she is supporting the ever expanding McDermott family, telling TMZ: 'I've been helping out and I'm paying all her bills now.'

But added she wasn't helping out in any previous debts due to extravagance - 'Just for the house, the kids' school and food,' she said.

Spelling's TV super producer dad Aaron Spelling died in 2006 at 83 years old, leaving the bulk of his $600million estate to wife Candy, and only a 'paltry' $800,000 each to Spelling and her brother Randy, 38.

Back in 2013, with seven moves in her nine years under her belt, Tori analyzed herself in the introduction of her book Spelling It Like It Is, saying: 'My recurring need to move seemed driven by changes in our family. But as my real estate obsession persists, it's starting to look more compulsive.'

ENCINO: This was the home viewers of their Oxygen Network reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood saw on camera. It had six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a pool and a spa. It was 6,700 square feet. Tori and Dean bought the property for $2,945,000 in 2008. They sold in 2011 at a loss

MALIBU: The McDermotts then purchased a smaller home in Malibu - three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2,300 square feet. They only lived in house for five months before putting it up for sale. They lost money on the sale of this house as well

LAKE SHERWOOD: After less than a year, the couple packed up (again, selling the home at a loss) and moved to a $16,500 a month rental in the exclusive gated community of Lake Sherwood, where Britney Spears was one of their neighbors. The house has six bedrooms, six and a half baths, 9,189 square feet. Tori admitted in her 2013 book 'Spelling It Like It Is' that the home was beyond their financial means

TARZANA: In 2013, Tori revealed in her book Spelling It Like It Is that she was living a lie, and beyond her means and moved to this $7,000 a month 'tacky' rental in Tarzana, Calif. - seven bedrooms, five baths, 6,066 square feet. Tori left this house without telling landlord and owed $7,000 in back rent. A notice was posted on the gate of eviction for non-payment. Tori claimed on her Twitter that the kitchen had an 'ant infestation'

ENCINO: This six-bedroom, seven-bath home, 6,623 square feet, rented for $10,500. It is unknown why she moved out of this home

CALABASAS: On July 1, 2015, Tori picked up stakes and moved to the gated Calabasas Estates, to a five-bedroom, five-bath, 3,733 square foot home. Calabasas is roughly a twenty minute drive from the Encino area where the McDermott children go to school. The drive can easily take double that time on a busy traffic day

ENCINO: Tori and husband Dean McDermott then settled on a 1950's era five-bedroom, four-bath, 3,900-plus square foot home in the heart of Encino, close to the kids' school, before moving again

She went on to write about  downsizing to a rental home in Tarzana: 'It wasn't my dream house. But it was a house we could afford. I promised myself, and Dean, and the children, that no matter where we landed, I would make that home.'

Six months after moving into that home Tori tweeted, 'Ant infestation in the pantry!'

The former Beverly Hills 90210 actress packed up her family so fast that on January 6, 2014, she was slapped with a legal notice by the landlord that they owed an outstanding $7,750 in rent.

This latest move from her 2,925-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Encino may meet with some controversy as well.

As photos obtained by DailyMail.com can reveal, the Encino home is a bit worse for wear.

'There's a screen coming off on the second story,' says a witness. 'The place looks a lot rougher than when they moved in last December. The front door of the house was left wide open for anyone to walk in as well.

'This is true to Tori's pattern, once she's moved on there's no looking back.

'Right now she's infatuated with this new place in Woodland Hills, but that will wear off and she will find some excuse to pack up and move. If she manages to last a full year there I would be shocked.'
