'What a Monday!' Gina Rodriguez celebrates her third Golden Globe nomination and her Marie Claire cover shoot

Life is good for the Jane The Virgin star.

Gina Rodriguez is splashed on the cover of January's edition of Marie Claire, due out on Tuesday.

And the 32-year-old shared an Instagram snap of the front of the magazine with a gushing caption that read: 'This morning I got my third Golden Globe nomination and I'm just stunned. Just stunned. What a fanFreakingTastic Monday. Let's get it!!!!!'

She also proudly gave a shout out to the Young Women's Honors, a new awards show celebrating women of achievement and vision that she will host with Marie Claire, airing December 19 on The CW.

It's part of the actress's 'no holding back' attitude to life.

The Latina, whose parents hail from Puerto Rica, smiled brightly in a stunning yellow dress on the Marie Claire cover as she urged young women to 'take every opportunity that comes your way.'

'My path wasn’t laid out for me in my family or my culture, because there are so few of us in the industry,' she dished to the magazine.

'That’s how my whole career happened. Your eyes are open; you don’t know what the next answer is going to be, but you’re open.'

And Gina bravely made the decision to turn down stereotypical roles early in her career.

'I decided I was going to take roles that progressed the image of Latinos in the industry, and I was going to choose those roles over money,' she dished.

'I wanted to make sure I was contributing positively and not allowing limitations to dampen my experiences and my journey.'

Gina modelled two more stunning outfits for Marie Claire.

In one she wears a $525 black dress with white shoe-string straps by designer Adam Selman, paired with a black The Row coat that retails for $4,750.

The second, a black and white shot of herself in a black top with narrow straps and a square neck plus white high-waisted trousers with thin black stripes, appears in the behind-the-scenes video Marie Claire shared.
