Jillian Lester claims her neighbor Steve has been making her life hell
She claims he has scratched, urinated and even left excrement on her car
The 27-year-old says numerous neighbors have filed multiple police reports and complaints with the homeowners association but nothing has been done
Ordeal began six months ago when Lester and her family noticed things going missing from their front porch
She installed surveillance cameras and saw their neighbor taking a wind chime
Lester's mom confronted him and their items were returned with a note but situtation has escalated
Lester says she recently found her car covered in urine, vomit and excrement

A Los Angeles woman says she's reached 'breaking point' after her 'neighbor from hell' repeatedly stole from her front porch and urinated on her car.

Jillian Lester, 27, who lives in Woodland Hills, California, first noticed things were going missing from her front yard six months ago.

She decided to install security cameras and when they reviewed the footage she saw her neighbor Steve standing on her porch, apparently stealing her wind chime.

Lester's mom confronted Steve who initially denied it.

But then the stolen items reappeared back on the porch with a note and a bottle of beer.

Those notes kept coming until Steve asked Lester's mom out. She declined.

After her mother turned him down, Lester says she started noticing marks on her car.

Her boyfriend Michael Kessler claims he then spotted the neighbor urinating on Lester's car.

Then just a few days ago, Lester says she came out of her house to find her car covered in urine, vomit and excrement.

'I feel like I'm at breaking point,' Lester told KTLA. 'Something needs to happen. It's driving me nuts.'

Lester, a receptionist at Calabasas Academy of Dance according to her Facebook account, says that she has made multiple reports to the police and the homeowners association about her neighbor's behavior.

Meanwhile, other Erwin Street residents have also complained about Steve, with one woman, who did not want to be named, saying she was planning to move after the neighbor from hell allegedly threw eggs at her porch and hurled racial slurs.

Btu despite the numerous police reports, no arrests have been made and no action has been taken against him, says Lester who is now planning to file for a restraining order.
