Fergie is known for her sexy style.

But on Tuesday is was all about being comfortable in a hoodie as she worked on her latest album, Double Dutchess.

The 41-year-old singer shared a photo to Twitter where she was leaning on her pal, music producer Venus Brown. The Black Eyes Peas band mate added the caption: 'Finishing touches in the studio in New York with @buddahbrown.'

The multi-platinum star finished the caption with two flame emojis.

It seems the two entertainers have a creative connection.

Fergie and Brown previously teamed up while working on music for her group The Black Eyed Peas.

The Glamorous singer looked understated in her simple studio duds and make-up free face.

A clean face and well arched brows showed off the working mom's amazing skin and perfect pout.

Wearing a grey hoodie, bomber jacket, and light denim pants, the diva kept casual in the New York cold.

A collection of rings and a metallic manicure added some shine to her casual chic ensemble.

Both fans and critics are awaiting the London Bridge singer's latest recordings.

Double Dutchess is the follow up to the star's 2006 super hit The Dutchess.

She released the second single from the upcoming album, the pop-ballad Life Goes On, back in early November.

The star has been tight-lipped about a release date, but it looks like we can expect a January drop for the highly anticipated record.
