Not such a money maker: The reality star snapped up the huge 8,110 square foot estate for just $5.9million in December 2015 before listing it in June for a staggering $8.8million

The 33-year-old is reportedly selling the seven bedroom, seven bathroom home in order to be closer to ex Kourtney Kardashian and their three children.

The sprawling estate is located on a private cul-de-sac that offers panoramic views of the city throughout, according to OpenHouse.

It features an open layout, which boasts a chef's kitchen with a double island and an expansive great room.

Marble fireplaces, custom window treatments, mosaic stone, and wide plank wood floors are just a few of the designer accents found in the home.

The spectacular views can be admired through the home's sliding glass pocket doors, which are great for entertaining.
