'My mama's lips': Louis Tomlinson's little sister Lottie reveals her tattoo is a tribute to their late mother Johannah

Lottie Tomlinson has revealed that her new tattoo was designed in honour of her mother, Johannah Deakin, who sadly died from cancer last week.

The 18-year-old beauty blogger first displayed the tattoo in October, but took to Snapchat on Friday to reveal that the picture was her 'mamas lips'. 

It is believed Lottie - who is the younger sister of One Direction star Louis - got the tattoo whilst her mother was undergoing treatment for chemotherapy.

Lottie - a successful beauty blogger who has shot campaigns with Lipsy and Nails Inc - also shared a sweet snap of Johannah on Sunday, writing on Instagram: 'My beautiful Mum... I love you forever'.

MailOnline have contacted Lottie's representatives for comments. 

Johannah  passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, aged 43, after a battle with leukaemia.

The statement released to MailOnline on Friday read: 'It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin's family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016.' 

'Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukaemia that required immediate and continuous treatment.'

After the news was announced, Felicite took to Instagram to share her own tribute to her mother, a sweet drawing of the family hugging. 

Louis also paid a public tribute to his mother by performing at the X Factor final in her honour. 

Before her death, Johannah had expressed how excited she was to see him perform on the singing show that made his name.

He took to the stage on Saturday night to sing his new track, Just Hold On, with Steve Aoki and was left fighting back tears after the event. 

In a touching tribute, Simon Cowell said: 'Louis, I have to say I've known you for six years. The bravery of what you've done. I respect you as an artist, as a person and your mum was so proud of you and she was so excited for the performance. She's looking down on you tonight.'

Following the performance, Louis took to Twitter to thank his millions of fans for their outpouring of support, writing: 'Feeling so much love around me and my family. Mum would have been so f**ing proud ( sorry for swearing mum ) love you ! 

'That was harder than I ever imagined. I want to thank everyone around me and all of the amazing fans out there that made that so special!'

Following his performance, the star went out with his friends and sister Lottie as they gathered in the capital to celebrate his mother's life.  

A source told MailOnline: 'It was family and friends drinks in Cirque, all paid for by Johannah’s husband Dan.

'It was a celebration of her life and his X Factor performance. It was a very emotional night.'
