She has strutted her stuff on some of the biggest and best catwalks in the world. 

But Janice Dickinson looked ecstatic to be putting her best foot forward as she was seen in world exclusive photos, as she went up the aisle for the fourth time on Saturday.

The 61-year-old former Supermodel tied the knot with Dr. Robert 'Rocky' Gerner, 70, in a stunning floor-length ivory Jane Booke wedding gown.

The delicate but simple silk gown featured a scoop neck, long sleeves and voluminous train. 

The mother of two - who has son Nathan with second husband Simon Fields and shares daughter Savannah with former boyfriend Michael Birnbaum - covered her face with a white veil as she made her way to her fiance of four years. 

Her psychiatrist groom wore a tux with an antique rose pinned above his top pocket.

The lavish ceremony was in front of around 100 friends and family members at the luxury Beverly Hills home of Dickinson's friend Suzan Hughes.

The former America's Top Model judge broke down in tears as she said her vows, while also thanking wedding guest Dr Drew for helping get her sober. 

Janice gave a flash of her elaborately-jewelled shoes, which featured a kitten heel for the already 5ft 10in beauty.

The ceremony began at 2pm in the garden of the home and guests were seated next to a swimming pool for the ceremony.

Robert's son, Robert Gerner Jr, was the best man on the couple's big day and was also responsible for introducing the couple in 2012.

She opted for a Victorian style custom designed eternity ring - with diamonds on three sides - and revealed she ended up wearing it straight after buying it.

Janice appeared to have bounced back from her recent breast cancer battle - as she put on an energetic display during their first dance. 

Singer Crown Jwlz treated guests to a rendition of You Don't Own Me, while the couple took to the dance floor. 

Janice underwent six-weeks radiation therapy after being diagnosed in March.

Meanwhile, Rocky has recovered from a fall from the roof of their home two months ago, when he suffered from a collapsed lung.   

Janice also shared images of her preparations for her big day, behind the scenes and was seen getting her hair primped and preened. 

The blushing bride was also spotted puffing on a cigarette with her hair in rollers during a candid moment.

'I am so delighted, ecstatic, over the moon, out of body, a runaway bride,' the former model told Entertainment Tonight before the ceremony. 

'When Rocky first introduced himself to me, I felt like I had seen a unicorn, a one of a kind. 

'He's the brightest and the best and the funniest and the most exciting man I've ever met in my life,' she added.
