  • The 25-year-old took a photo of the model with her when she went for surgery
  • She plans to have breast augmentation and veneers to look more like Hadid

Meet the stunning 25-year-old who has had had over $15,000 of cosmetic surgery and is now being hailed on social media as the spitting image of Bella Hadid.

After a rhinoplasty, chin implant, Botox, lip and facial fillers, Bunny Smith from New York has the same stunning facial features as the supermodel.

And even though her thousands of online followers already compare her to the Victoria's Secret beauty, Bunny admits she plans to have further procedures - including a costly breast augmentation and veneers.

Her thousands of online followers regularly compare her to supermodel Bella Hadid, pictured

Bunny, who works in management, says she loves the comparisons to the supermodel: 'People compared me to Bella all the time - my online followers, strangers, friends, even my sister and my dad cannot believe it.

'I find it a huge compliment and do love to hear I resemble someone who was appointed the hottest woman in the world by GQ.

'Bella and I have similar body types. We both have tiny waists, long legs and hips - although she is a few inches taller than me.

'I would like to add the smallest amount to my chest - so I'm sure Bella and I will end up resembling each other further!'

Bunny has undergone a rhinoplasty and several other painful procedures

Bunny had her first procedure, a rhinoplasty at the age of 24 followed by a chin implant three months later.

She says: 'There is a huge misconception with cosmetic surgery that you dislike yourself and want to transform yourself into someone new.

'I never suffered from low self-esteem before my surgery and there was no celebrity I wanted to look just like.

The 25-year-old, pictured before her cosmetic procedures, says: 'I just wanted to be a more balanced and symmetrical version of myself'

Bunny admits: 'Bella [right] was not in the original photos I showed my surgeon. I did show him a photo in the second round at my pre-op appointment'

'I just wanted to be a more balanced and symmetrical version of myself. I am meticulous and particular in detail in all I do and my appearance is no different.

'Since I was very young, I always wanted a cuter and more feminine nose and my rhinoplasty achieved that.'

It was following her rhinoplasty that Bunny began to amaze admirers - both online and in real life - with her extraordinary likeness to Bella Hadid.

She explains: 'I was brunette and my rhinoplasty really opened up my eyes ever so slightly. My eyes had always been the main facial different from Bella and now, people began comparing me to her.

In addition to her rhinoplasty and chin implant, Bunny has regular Botox every three months and lip and facial fillers twice per year

She admits: 'I do love Botox and fillers as a preventative measure at my age and I am big on skincare'

'I do think she's stunning and had been a fan for years - so it was a big compliment to hear that.

'As much as we are similar, Bella was not in the original photos I showed my surgeon. I did show him a photo in the second round at my pre-op appointment and he said I would end up looking even more like her.'

In addition to her rhinoplasty and chin implant, Bunny has regular Botox every three months and lip and facial fillers twice per year.

She also follows a healthy diet to maintain her slender Bella-like figure and plans to undergo further cosmetic work.

Bunny, pictured left before and right after surgery, insists: 'I will continue to maintain fillers and Botox as well as finalize my lip filler correction'

The brunette adds: 'I would like a breast augmentation and get natural implants which are proportional to me. Veneers will be next procedure'

'I do love Botox and fillers as a preventative measure at my age and I am big on skincare.

Bunny admits 'I've been hoping to meet Bella [pictured] or cross paths in New York as we both reside here'

'My Instagram account has been a great experience. Naturally I was scared at first. Plastic Surgery is such a taboo topic - even those who have it don't always admit or talk about it.

'But it has been amazingly positive. I constantly thank my followers or those who message me. I've had so few negative interactions. Through my posts I have actually made some real life friends too!'

'I've been a fan of Bella's since she first joined Instagram. I've been hoping to meet her or cross paths in New York as we both reside here. No luck thus far!'
