'My biggest job is keeping her alive!' Hayden Panettiere dishes on life with her active two-year-old daughter

Hayden Panettiere plays precocious country and western singer Juliette in ABC's Nashville.

And the character has certainly faced some major challenges.

But on Sunday, the 27-year-old star admitted in Parade magazine that her biggest problem in real life is keeping her two-year-old daughter Kaya Evdokia alive.

On the job: Hayden, who dished on Sunday that her toughest job is keeping two-year-old Kaya alive because she gets into 'just about everything,' posted this tweet showing her and the Nashville writers in the series's Bluebird Cafe

The actress - who shares the tot with her fiancé, Ukrainian pro-boxer Wladimir Klitschko, 40 - admitted there is no 'typical' day for her anymore since her little one arrived.

'I can’t say that anything is "the norm" about any day of the week now that I’m the mom. She gets her hands in just about everything, and my biggest job at the moment is keeping her alive!'

The blonde beauty moved from Tennessee to Los Angeles several years ago but admits it wasn't until she had Kaya that she realised who her true friends were.

Hayden added: 'My life became all about staying healthy, getting good sleep, finding parks and nature. Now I’m the mother of a two-year-old, I’ve found my pack of solid, loyal, lifelong friends here and am settled into a beautiful routine.

Trying to keep up: 'I can’t say that anything is "the norm" about any day of the week now that I’m the mom,' the 27-year-old star admitted in Parade magazine on Sunday. She shares Kaya with her fiancé, Ukrainian pro-boxer Wladimir Klitschko

'Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a blast. My life and who I am have simply evolved in a beautiful way. So actually Nashville feels like a first home to me!'

The actress admitted it was tough to feel like Los Angeles was her home for a while when she first arrived in the city.

She dished: 'I remember struggling with the concept of making a place so foreign to me feel like home. I was 22 and had no one to answer to but myself. My life was all about having fun, exploring myself and meeting new people.

Cuddling up: Hayden, with Wladimir at an event in Miami last month, admitted that she found it difficult to make friends when she first arrived in Los Angeles as a 22-year-old

'It was filled with late nights, great music and figuring out where I fit in here in Nashville.

'Then I went through a pregnancy and I found out who my true friends were - the ones that were going to stick around and support me. I’ll just say the outcome was slim pickings!'

Hayden, who is barely 5ft tall, met her 6ft 6ins fiancé in 2009 at the book launch party for mutual acquaintance Diana Jenkins's Room 23, and they soon began dating.

'Blonding my blonde!': The star gave a shoutout to celebrity stylist Anthony Leonard on Twitter when she went to his New York salon on Monday

Curl up and dye: 'Pretty sure I get satellite radio under here...' she joked in another tweet

They split in 2011 but got back together in April 2013 and announced their engagement that October.

Meanwhile, the star shared two shots of herself on Twitter having the dark roots of her blonde hair touched up at celebrity stylist Anthony Leonard's salon in New York on Monday.

One, showing her with her hair in foil envelopes, she captioned, 'Pretty sure I get satellite radio under here.'

Country strong: Hayden shared this Instagram snap with her Nashville co-star Connie Britton
