'We got to do something special for her': Mariah Carey's dancer beau Bryan Tanaka plans special celebration for diva on Mariah's World

The world of Mariah Carey is never boring.

And in a sneak peek of her E! show Mariah's World on Sunday, viewers see the 46-year-old singer's troupe of dancers working on a special celebration for the All I Want For Christmas songstress.

The efforts are spearheaded by Bryan Tanaka, the 33-year-old backup dancer who the Grammy-winning beauty has been linked to in the wake of her split with Australian business magnate James Packer.

Celebrate: Mariah Carey, 46, seen here at a winter show in NYC earlier this month, was the subject of a spirited discussion in a sneak peek of her E! show, Mariah's World

Pitch man: Tanaka, 33, tried to persuade his fellow backup dancers to go above and beyond in a special celebration in the diva's honor

More than a pretty face: The pro dancer has been working for Carey going on 10 years

'We got do something crazy on stage,' Tanaka said. 'We got to do something special for her.'

Among the options Tanaka raised was rolling out 'a cake or something' onstage, as well as involving the Vision Of Love singer's five-year-old twins with ex-husband Nick Cannon, Monroe and Morrocan.

'We got to get Roc and Roe to maybe come out on stage,' Tanaka said.

In demand: Tanaka's colleagues joked about the attention from the ladies he's drummed up while on tour

Business 101: Anthony Burrell, who's Mariah's creative director, reminds the crew to keep the boss happy

The ideas were endorsed by Anthony Burrell, the One Sweet Day singer's chief choreographer and creative director, who said that the celebration should be 'something that's extravagant, something that's huge, that's going to make her just feel appreciated.'

Burrell rounded up donations by reminding the dancers who signs their checks.

'She's the reason for all of us being her, so we got to above and beyond even if it's digging in our pockets a little bit,' he said. 'The better we make her feel, the better she'll appreciate us and have us around.'

A reason to smile? Carey and Tanaka have been linked romantically in the wake of her parting with Aussie billionaire James Packer

The Glitter star and Tanaka have been linked since her breakup with Packer in October. In the clip, in which the backup dancers are having a powwow, one of them notes that 'Tanaka had groupies' who give him flowers, candy and other gifts in an effort to get his attention.

'I'm single and I'm having fun right now,' Tanaka said in an off-camera interview clip. 'But when I am with the right person, 100 percent loyalty, and I can't wait.'

Tanaka first crossed paths with the Someday singer ten years ago, when he was hired to ply his craft for her Adventures of Mimi tour.

He told E! News earlier this month that even in their first meeting, he sensed something serendipitous at play: 'Something connected with us back in the day and there was just a mutual admiration.

'She saw something in me that I actually didn’t recognize at first, from that it was over. It was set in history that we were gonna be connected some way, somehow.'

Mariah was twice previously wed: to music industry exec Tommy Mottola from 1993 until 1998, and to Cannon from 2008 until their August 2014 separation.

Mariah's World airs at 9/8c on E! Sundays.

Christmas cutie: Carey is synonymous with the holidays on the strength of her 1994 classic, All I Want For Christmas. She was snapped at the Empire State Building December 6
