'Before our sex scene I took two Pepto-Bismol!' Jennifer Lawrence throws hilarious insults at co-star Chris Pratt during live radio play-off

And Jennifer Lawrence proved just why she has a legion of fans as she participated in a radio play off with Passengers co-star Chris Pratt on BBC Radio 1 on Monday.

Taking part in the Playground Insults game, the down-to-earth actress, 26, threw insults at Chris, 37, who returned the favour, with the first person to laugh, losing.

'Before our sex scene... I took two Pepto-Bismol', Jennifer giggled, struggling to contain herself.

'During our sex scene... I felt your d**k rubbing in to me!' Chris retaliated, injecting some x-rated humour into the show.

'OK. You are so old, that your publicist is a registered nurse', Jennifer hit back.

The duo appeared on the Scott Mills show as part of the promotion for their latest flick Passengers.

In the thriller, Jennifer plays a woman desperate to survive on a space ship in her new film.

The twosome began their promotion in Beverly Hills on Friday, attending a photo call for the film at the Four Seasons Hotel.

The actress looked gorgeous in a plunging cherry print tank top cinched into a floral print dress. 

Jennifer's cleavage was put on full display in the low-cut number, which hugged her slender waistline with a knotted belt. 

She teamed the look with a pair of platform heels, a gold bracelet, and delicate necklace.

Jennifer Lawrence looked stunning at the Passengers photo-call in Beverly Hills as she posed for the media next to her co-stars.

Her short hair was worn down in loose waves and her face was done up with smoky eye shadow and pink blush. 

The appearances comes after Jennifer was slammed on social media after revealing she scratched her derriere on sacred rocks in Hawaii while filming the Hunger Games.

Meanwhile, Chris was looking extremely dashing in a smart black suit paired with striped shirt.

The pair posed together on a Christmas-themed set, which featured a festive arrangement of lights.  

In Passengers, Jennifer and Chris star as two travelers on a space ship who are accidentally awoken 90 years early from hibernation. 

But when it becomes apparent not all is right with the ship, the pair find themselves fighting for their lives.

Even amid the drama, however, Jennifer and Chris' characters find love with each other.

Speaking of the film with Entertainment Weekly, director Morten Tyldum admitted he was glued to the script.

'The script was so smart and funny and clever and it was such a page turner, I couldn’t put it down,' he said.

Passengers will hit theaters in the U.S. on December 21.
