She is not afraid of taking racy photos or being open about controversial topics like her marijuana use.

But there is one thing Miley Cyrus does keep private, her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

The 24-year-old star has been keeping mum about her 26-year-old fiancé according to a Monday report from Entertainment Tonight.

However this should be no indication of their actual relationship as their source from production on The Voice said that they are stronger than ever.

According to the insider for the showbiz-centred programme, The Hunger Games star has visited her on set and has even spent some time at craft services while Miley films.

Though the Wrecking Ball hitmaker is generally very open and is said to always interact with the fans, she will reportedly not go into her relationship.

Day job: Their insider said that Liam has visited Miley on set of her reality competition series The Voice

'[She] never speaks openly about Liam,' the source for ET said. '[She] keeps everything pretty under wraps between the two of them.'

The two are not quite about their relationship on social media, however, as Liam took to social media last month to wish his fiancée a happy 24th birthday.

The Aussie heart-throb posted a picture of the singer smiling for the camera while holding her present box.

He wrote next to the photo: 'Happiest birthday to my favorite little angel (sic)!'

The couple first met on their movie The Last Song, which was more than five years ago. 

The pair were on and off from August 2010 to November before eventually calling it quits at the end of the month that same year.

They got back together in April 2011 and were engaged by June 2012.

Miley and Liam officially called off their engagement in September 2013 before finally reuniting at the beginning of this year in January 2016.
