You'd have to GC it to believe it! Gemma Collins flaunts Essex's gaudiest Christmas decorations as she unveils WILLY WONKA-themed tree

TOWIE girls' tans have frequently been likened to the orange-skin of Willy Wonka's Oompa Loompas.

And Gemma Collins opted to borrow further inspiration from Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, as she based her Christmas tree design around the central character from the Roald Dahl book and the 1964 and 2005 movies.

The 35-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a snap of her festivities with her 301,000 followers - who were treated to a shot of the elaborate decorations.

Oompa loompa doompety doo: Gemma Collins opted to borrow yet more inspiration from the film Charlie And The Chocolate Factory as she based her Christmas tree design around the central character from the movie, interpreted from a Roald Dahl book

Gemma famously told her co-star and then-love interest James Argent: 'You ain't never gonna get this candy' and sweets were once again central to her life.

She snapped a shot of her tree which was adorned with white detailing while the largest decorations were huge red and white candy canes.

The tress was also littered with swirled lollies - showing Gemma's unique flare for decor, as she dazzled with her illuminated tree.

While many of Essex's hottest stars, including the TOWIE cast, have been posting images of their trees over the past weeks, the blonde beauty is the last star to upload with possibly the most garish number of all.

The dream trio: Charlie And The Chocolate factory is centred around Charlie Bucket and his Grandpa Joe who win a ticket to tour the illusive sweet factory of eccentric inventor Willy Wonka

In the caption on the shot, the overjoyed star penned: 'I love my tree #willywonkertheme'.

Working for the owner is the diminutive Oompa Loompas, the orange skinned workers who help the genius create his fantastical products.

While she was certainly feeling festive on Wednesday, she was not so jolly while filming the TOWIE special after she fell out spectacularly with her pal Bobby Cole Norris.

Stunner: Gemma famously told her co-star and then-love interest James Argent: 'You ain't never gonna get this candy' and sweets were once again central to her life

The duo went from the best of friends to frenemies as a celebratory nut roast with Lauren Goodger and Lydia Bright leads to barbed comments and insults being exchanged across the dinner table.

The flare up begins when Bobby claims Gemma's crush on Jon Clark is the result of a 'mid life crisis' which the GC fails to see the funny side of.

When Bobby then talks about wanting to have a baby, the conversation is further soured when Bobby tells Lydia he'd rather use her eggs over Gemma's.

Gemma Collins has made no secret of her love for TOWIE bad boy Jon Clark.

And it had previously seemed her numerous attempts to seduce him could have been winning him over after all since the Essex boy joked that he was in need of some 'GC loving' after suffering a painful ice-skating accident.
