Christmas is just around the corner, and Sofia Richie did some shopping on Tuesday while accompanied by her furry best friend.

The 18-year-old was spotted heading to Barneys New York in Beverly Hills carrying her tiny dog.

The fluffy pup was kitted out with a festive red sweater that featured a shiny gold bell at the neck.

Sofia chose a casual ensemble, standing out in a mustard yellow hoodie with brown trousers and black boots.

The teen had her hands full as she also carried a plum purse.

She'd earlier shared a photo of herself with her dog on Instagram.

Sofia Richie stepped out with her furry friend looking cute as a button (both her and her pup).

Sofia rocked an oversize yellow hoodie that she paired with brown trousers, black rainbow studded boots and a Givenchy brown/burgundy bag to match.

In the snap, Sofia, wearing a black and white top, appeared to sit on the ground with her very fluffy puppy perched on top of her.

'My dad captured me being a terrible mother,' she said, as she put her hands around her dog's face.

Sofia's dad is Lionel Richie and she is busy pursuing her dream of a modeling career.

But she's most famous for having dated Justin Bieber, spending her 18th birthday with the Canadian singer, 22, in Mexico.

However, for a recent interview with Complex, the younger sister of Nicole Richie declined to answer any questions about The Biebs, or about her circle that includes the Jenner and Hadid girls.

'A lot of people say they know me and my life, but no one really does,' she told the magazine. 'It’s frustrating.'

'My whole thing is I’m trying to spread love to everyone,' she added. 'Some people don’t see that, but I really am trying to spread positivity to people.'
