Hilary Swank snuggles in the snow with new beau Philip Schneider on romantic ski break in St. Moritz

She broke up with her tennis pro fiancé Ruben Torres in June.

Now it seems Hilary Swank has found a new beau in time for Christmas.

The 42-year-old was spotted canoodling with producer Philip Schneider at the Corviglia Snowpark in St. Moritz, Switzerland, on Tuesday, according to E! News.

She leaned up against the handsome hunk as he gently held her arm.

At one point it looked as though the Million Dollar Baby actress was about to kiss her new love as she looked up into his eyes.

Hilary and Philip were both decked out in ski gear with the beautiful brunette in a white padded jacket and black trousers.

Her boyfriend, who sported a healthy growth of stubble, was more colourfully clad in a red, pale blue and white jacket and black trousers.

The couple took to the slopes together and were later pictured standing at the bottom of a run, both sensibly wearing helmets in case of a crash.

Hilary and Philip were spotted together for the first time in Manhattan last month, when he had his arm around the star.

The pair enjoyed a pot of tea and a very animated chat.

The double Oscar winner didn't reveal why she broke up with Ruben Torres six months ago. 

It would have been her second marriage as she was previously married to actor Chad Lowe for 10 years.
