She's La La Landed! Make-up free Emma Stone attempts a low key entrance after touching down in London... as she scores SAG and Golden Globe award nominations 

Emma Stone jetted into London on Wednesday morning as her successful awards season continued with a second consecutive nomination.

The American actress, 28, was make-up free as she made her way across London’s Heathrow Airport shortly after touching down in the capital.

Continuing a very low-key look, Emma looked casual in an on-trend oversized winter coat and skinny jeans teamed with stylish black ankle boots.

A jaunty baseball cap and heavily tinted sunglasses added to her ensemble, while a brown scarf remained loosely tied around her neck.

Emma was making her latest appearance in London after receiving nominations at the Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Awards for her leading role in Hollywood musical drama La La Land. 

The Arizona born star has been respectively named in the categories for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role.

Emma's double nomination should be a welcome boost as she looks ahead to the forthcoming Academy Award nominations and a reasonable chance at winning her first Oscar. 

Co-star Ryan Gosling has also picked up double award nominations in the categories for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role and Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy 

La La Land - led by Emma and co-star Ryan Gosling - picked up nods in almost all major film categories outside the Drama nominees as the Golden Globe nominations were read out earlier this week.

The film picked up acting nominations for its leads Stone and Gosling in the Musical Or Comedy categories, as well as Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Director for Damien Chazelle, Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Score, and Best Song. 

La La Land harks back to Tinseltown's golden era of big musicals. The story focuses on an actress and jazz musician who fall in love while struggling to make it.

The film goes on general release in the United Kingdom on January 13, 2017.
