She's the blonde who shot to fame as the girl next door on Big Brother.

But reality TV star turned aspiring model Skye Wheatley is barely recognisable in a recent Instagram post.

The 22-year-old recently underwent a much-awaited nose reconstruction after getting a botched boob job last year.

Skye is that you? On Wednesday Skye Wheatley was barely recognisable in a new photo shared to Instagram since her nose job

In the picture shared to social media on Wednesday, Skye appears to be once again donning a brunette wig she has favoured in previous photos.

The petite Instagram model has a full face of make-up, her plump lips accentuated by lipstick.

She wears a skintight black dress which shows off her tanned legs and surgically enhanced cleavage.

Pairing the outfit with strappy nude heels, the plastic surgery enthusiast perches on an outside windowsill.

With one hand resting in her lap, another twirls her hair as she poses doe-eyed at the camera.

Skye captions the photo: 'I really need to go to the gym.'

This latest post is a far cry from the Skye TV audiences met when she was a contestant on Big Brother in 2014.

The fresh-faced blonde from the beach appeared on the show at times makeup free, letting her hair hang naturally in curves.

Her lips were also decidedly thinner and the barista boasted a curvier figure.

But since exiting the show, Skye has taken to Instagram to show off her weight loss and changing appearance to her more than 275,000 followers.

Speaking to Yahoo7 about her recent rhinoplasty, the petite blonde revealed she initially disliked the results of the operation so much that she burst into tears.

'I bawled my eyes out,' Skye recalled. 'I was like, 'What the f*ck' is this?''

The star's nose was so swollen she believed she looked like Pinocchio. At the time, the Gold Coast based model was also in severe pain.

'It was really painful because obviously I had just had my face half ripped up,' she said.

Previously she admitted to having lip fillers done and in 2015 travelled to Bangkok for a boob job.

But the surgery left the now 22-year-old with a 'double bubble' in her chest.

She told Daily Mail Australia in August that she planned to have surgery to fix the breast augmentation.
