The beloved actor was playing hockey with friends and his teenage son Carter when he suddenly was forced to sit down in the middle of the game, but assured the men that he was completely fine. Carter thought otherwise however, and called 911 to get an ambulance on the scene. Alan however continued to brush off the concerns  of those around him and urged everyone to return to the game, which they did. And the Growing Pains star still thought he was going to be fine even while being taken away on the stretcher, making Carter snap a photo of him as he was taken into the ambulance because he thought it was funny.

Cellphone footage captured the incident on Monday during a game in Missouri between Warrensburg High School and Kansas City's Center High School. The majority of fans in the Warrensburg section of the crowd were seen taunting the all-minority Kansas City team by turning their backs as the side was introduced. One student was also captured waving a Trump election campaign sign. Warrensburg officials were forced to apologize on Tuesday after the video was posted online and started to go viral.

An Illinois woman has made a life changing decision by making her dying best friend's last wish come true. Sara (pictured far right on the right), 36, is in the final stages of ALS in hospice care and is not expected to make it to Christmas. Her best friend, Missy Armstrong (pictured left on the far right), is in the process of legally adopting her three young children, (pictured together left), 11-year-old Cayden, 9-year-old Micah and eight-year-old Amara.

Donald Trump gathered Silicon Valley executives together for a roundtable meeting, in an attempt to smooth over frictions after a contentious presidential campaign. The biggest names in attendance were Apple's Tim Cook (third from right) - who publicly supported Trump's Democratic rival Hillary Clinton - and Tesla founder Elon Musk (right), who would meet Trump separately after the roundtable. Looking around the room Trump called the group gathered 'amazing' and then boasted about the stock market 'bounce' that followed his election, which helped many of the businesses represented in the room. Also in attendance were Amazon's chief Jeff Bezos (left), Larry Page of Alphabet - Google's parent company (second from let), Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg (third from left), Peter Thiel, co-founder and former CEO of PayPal (fourth from right), and Safra Catz of Oracle (second from right).

Craig Murray (left), former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and associate of Julian Assange (right), told the Dailymail.com he personally received Clinton campaign emails in Washington D.C. after they were leaked by 'disgusted' whisteblowers - and not hacked by Russia. He claims he had a clandestine hand-off in a wooded area near American University with one of the email sources. The leakers' motivation, he says, was 'disgust at the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the 'tilting of the primary election playing field against Bernie Sanders.' Murray says: 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks. But regardless of whether the Russians hacked into the DNC, the documents Wikileaks published did not come from that,' Murray insists.

CNN reported today that the president-elect's eldest daughter would be getting some office space in the East Wing (inset), where first lady Michelle Obama has her office. Donald Trump's spokeswoman Hope Hicks pushed back on that report.

This is the one-of-a-kind luxury limousine that Donald Trump designed exclusively for Cadillac more than two decades ago. The custom automobile was first spoken about by Trump in his 1987 autobiography The Art of the Deal. Trump said he was approached by John Grettenberger, the head of Cadillac at the timer, and agreed to design two distinct versions of the limousine - the Trump Golden Series and the Trump Executive Series. Automotive News reports that both were unveiled in Atlantic City in 1988 and featured 'Italian leather upholstery, wool carpeting, a TV and VCR, a fax machine, a paper shredder, pop-out writing desks and even a cellular phone.'

They spent two-and-a-half years glued to one another, conjoined at the sternum.  But over time, life was becoming an insurmountable struggle for Eva and Erika Sandoval.  The girls, from Antelope, California - who shared a digestive system, a uterus, a liver, a bladder, a pelvis, and a third leg with a seven-toed foot - suffered countless infections, and Erika was becoming dangerously weak. Last Tuesday, in one of the riskiest separation operations ever performed, the twin girls were successfully separated. And on Monday afternoon, six days after their 18-hour operation, the pair were reunited for the first time. A touching video released by Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford on Wednesday shows the girls' parents carefully carrying one over to the other, while nurses lift the numerous wires and cords with them. Finally lying on a bed together, they silently stare at each other. It was a staggering moment of triumph for the entire family after years of fears over the risks surrounding their procedure.

The footage appears to show children hammering away on railway lines and hauling bricks and rubble in Chagang in North Korea as they are being 'forced to work for 10 hours a day'. And it has been claimed some of the them are as young as five, raising more questions about human rights abuses in the country. Human rights experts have hit out at Kim Jong-un's regime claiming it is 'robbing children of the chance of a happy childhood'.

The attack occurred early Tuesday at the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line station around 1 a.m., with video showing a male suspect (inset) walking up and hitting a homeless man in the face (left). The victim fell straight to the ground and just missed falling onto the tracks (right). According to the witness filming, Luke Cunningham, the male suspect then walked up and kicked the homeless man in the face, knocking out his teeth. 'You can't see in the video but then he kicked him in the face while he was down,' Cunningham told KTLA . 'I followed the guy and he had no teeth in his mouth. He had his teeth knocked out and he was bleeding all over the place.'

A video by Harvard physicist Dr Greg Kestin shows that just one tablespoon of olive oil poured over water can spread out within minutes, calming the waves around you. The oil spreads out to form a layer just one molecule thick because oil molecules are double sided: one end is attracted to water and so flips towards it, and the other end stands upright because it's repelled by water.

Hunter Fink (pictured left with his sister Maddie) and his babysitter, Heather Henderson, (right), were hit by a CSX train in Tampa just before noon on Monday. Hunter died from his injuries at St. Joseph's Hospital and Henderson is listed in stable condition. Sheriff Chris Nocco says Hunter and his four-year-old sister were walking along the train tracks on a bridge with Henderson and another adult, Cody Williams. Williams, 27, was able to grab four-year-old Maddie once they realized the train was coming. He then jumped nearly eight feet off the bridge to safety with the child in his arms. At the time, Henderson was holding Hunter, but she was unable to jump out of the way.

Rebels in the city say the truce deal to stop the shelling will be implemented once again later tonight to allow the safe evacuation of fighters and civilians in eastern Aleppo. The evacuation from a sliver of territory the rebels still hold in eastern Aleppo was supposed to begin at dawn on Wednesday, but shelling resumed in the morning hours. But rebels accused the Syrian government and its allies of derailing the deal by placing new conditions.

Khari Gordon, 22, was arrested on Monday night after shooting Captain Michael Schulman (top right) and Jeffrey Martin (bottom right) in the parking lot of Zaxby's restaurant in Lavonia, Georgia. The pair pulled him over after receiving reports the car he was driving had been stolen. Captain Schulman, 50, was heard on the video asking the suspect repeatedly to remove his hands from his pockets. Gordon shot him in the armpit, puncturing one of his lungs, before turning to shoot Martin.

Silas Duane Boston, of Sacramento, California, now 75, told a friend in gruesome detail about killing a young British couple, Peta Frampton and Christopher Farmer, in 1978, court records reveal, He is now charged with the murders of the couple in international waters in the Caribbean. Boston (right) was arrested after a cold case review into his former wife's murder in 1968. It led to his arrest at a convalescent home in Paradise, California. Now DailyMail.com has seen testimony from his friend Bryan Logsdon (inset) and his sons Russell and Vince (left, foreground) who described Farmer and his partner's death. The friend said Boston boasted of the brutality of it just a decade ago - but all three said they were too scared of him and his contacts to tell police at the time.

Photographs and videos of Dylann Roof practicing shooting at home (left) emerged this week as his trial for killing nine people at Emanuel AME Church on June 17, 2015, neared its end. Prosecutors submitted footage he had taken of himself firing rounds of ammunition in his back yard in his pajamas and sunglasses. A stuffed bunny rabbit dressed in a confederate flag lay on his neatly made bed. (inset) Investigators also found more rounds of ammunition store at his house (bottom right). Closing arguments will be heard in court on Thursday.

As the executor of Diane McIver's estate, her lawyer husband, Claud, has arranged an estate sale of his late wife's vast wardrobe consisting of some 2,000 items of high-end clothing and shoes. Mrs McIver, 63, died in late September after her husband shot her in the back with a revolver when he was jolted awake inside their vehicle.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 34, was given a helping hand by a youngster who showed her how to fashion her uniform neckscarf into a sling, left, as she attended a special Cub Scout Pack meeting with the Kings Lynn District on Wednesday evening, an event held to help the group celebrate 100 years of the organization. Kate, who drove over from her country home, Anmer Hall, joined the Pack as they took part in games and activities themed around 'looking after yourself and others physically and emotionally' including a parachute game, cake icing, and performing a Cub Scout promise, right. The Duchess has her own experience to call upon, having enrolled a Brownie in the 1st St Andrew's pack in Pangbourne, Berkshire, at just eight years old (inset, in 1990).

Software engineer Mike Barry, of Massachusetts, created the interactive map as he and his wife continue to decide on a name for the baby they are expecting. While one name was predominantly popular in most states at the beginning of middle of the century, the trend has now spread to many popular names.

Royal twins Jacques and Gabriella, two, have joined their parents Prince Albert, 58, and Princess Charlene, 38, (left) to give out Christmas gifts to children at Monaco's royal palace for the first time. Melbourne man Andrew Taylor turned to a potato-only diet (inset) after realising he had a food addiction. In little under a year of eating nothing but spuds, he has gone from 110lbs (left) to an astonishing 99 kilos (right). Mr Taylor said his diet consisted purely of baked potatoes, mashed potatoes and boiled potatoes. 'I've not had a single slip up.  It's been quite amazing to me as well. It'll be a year on January 1,' he told Daily Mail Australia.

But perhaps the strangest 'tree' is outside a pub where staff have built a 16ft behemoth out of more than 1,000 empty wine bottles.

Two Wisconsin boys' good deed for a disabled neighbor is going viral after their father shared a photo of them on Facebook. Daniel Medina with his two sons spotted a disabled man trying to clear his path. The boys suggested they get out of the car and help the man who was struggling. Their Dad took a photo of the eager youngsters, Daniel, 10, right, and Dominic, 6, inset, before posting it to Facebook.

Photographer Andrew H. Walker wanted to do something different for his celebrity portraits and asked stars at the Toronto Film Festival to share two sides of themselves in front of the camera. Walked wanted it to be a thoughtful project where celebrities examined both their public persona and private selves. He said Anne Hathaway was one of the most enthusiastic, while Richard Gere one of the most analytical stars he photographed.
