A number of white students flashed a Donald Trump campaign sign and turned their backs in the stands at a high school basketball game as black players from the opposing team were introduced.
Cellphone footage captured the incident on Monday during a game in Missouri between Warrensburg High School and Kansas City's Center High School.
The majority of fans in the Warrensburg section of the crowd were seen taunting the all-minority Kansas City team by turning their backs as the side was introduced.

One student was also captured waving a Trump election campaign sign.
The students were dressed as farmers as part of a theme night.
Warrensburg officials were forced to apologize on Tuesday after the video was posted online and started to go viral.
Some of the student and parents from Center High said they were offended by the incident and called it racially insensitive.
The school district said on its official Facebook page that it would try to prevent similar incidents happening in the future.

Warrensburg superintendent Scott Patrick told the Kansas City Star the back-turning was a longstanding practice but said the school does not condone it.
'I think in this case, (the Trump sign) was really the difference in what took this from something that was unsportsmanlike to something that was insensitive, not necessary and inappropriate,' Patrick said.
Center High School's spokesman Kelly Wachel said players were unaware of the sign during the game.
Warrensburg's school district is predominately white with 80 per cent Caucasian students.
The Center district is 19 percent white and of the 13 players on their basketball team all are either black or biracial.
