Women don't always have time to shave their legs — and frankly, they don't always want to. So when a stranger called out actress Bella Thorne for letting things get a little hairy down there, she had no patience for it.

This week, a fan posted images of the 19-year-old star on Twitter, complimenting her but at the same time criticizing her for not shaving.

Rather than just let the comment slide, though, Bella fired back at the stranger and earned internet applause from fans.

Bella Thorne and her sister Dani certainly stood out on the red carpet at the American Music Awards...whether it was for the right reasons or not is another story!

Going in for a closer look? The Twitter user posted several close-up images of the actress's unshaven ankles

Backhanded: The man, David Zurek, called her beautiful, but also insisted that she needs to shave her legs

The Twitter user, a golf coach and caddy named David Zurek, clearly spent a lot of time looking at close-up images of Bella before sharing his tweet.

On Sunday, he shared four of those pictures — three of which were cropped images of Bella's feet and ankles.

In the pictures, Bella is wearing pants, so she clearly didn't feel the need to shave her legs. However, the bottoms are cropped to just above her ankles, and zooming in reveals some stray hairs on her lower leg.

The tweet soon gained attention, being liked over a thousand times. But several commenters slammed him for being sexist.

'Why does she need to shave her legs? Its her body not yours so why do u care?,' wrote one, while another added sarcastically: 'Yeah because everything we do is to please guys obviously...'
