And Gigi Hadid knows how to stay stylish even in between gigs.

The 21-year-old model opted to go casual chic as she headed to a photoshoot in the West Village of New York City on Tuesday morning.

She slithered in a long grey python patterned coat over a comfortable outfit while making it to her latest job.

Under the chic outerwear she spored a black fleece hoodie along with matching Reebok sweats and trainers.

She accessorised with large black aviator shades while carrying along a black leather designer backpack.

Despite the busy day, Gigi was still able to wish her gal pal Taylor Swift a happy 27th birthday.

The supermodel shared a throwback snap of the 1989 hitmaker hugging her from behind as they hung out at a party.

Gigi also wrote a sweet caption which read:  'Happy Birthday to you T!!  So inspired every day by what an incredible friend you are !!!!!!!! love you & celebrating with u in spirit xx'

The model beauty was all smiles as she was spotted out and about in West Village

The two have a close friendship as when Gigi turned 21 earlier this year Taylor gave her a cake while on a private jet back in April.

Tyalor's then boyfriend Calvin Harris documented the cute moment on Snapchat as they headed to his headlining gig during the second weekend of Coachella.

The two blonde beauties were chatting it up with the cake in between them as Calvin posted the short video with the cheeky caption in reference to popular 2006 Samuel L. Jackson flick as he wrote: 'cake(s) on a plane.'
